Crystal Orange properties in Jiuzhaigou

1. Overall, the service was excellent, with quick responses and effective solutions. The hotel staff were very professional, making for a highly comfortable stay. My entire multi-day visit was very relaxing and enjoyable. 2. The environment is pleasant, and the most thoughtful touch was the humidifier provided. This is genuinely important for anyone new to Jiuzhaigou. It's truly considerate that they thought to offer this by default. 3. However, I do have one complaint. The hotel's air conditioning cannot cool by default, even when the indoor temperature is so high that you can't sleep. While the hotel staff were very proactive and helpful in trying to resolve this, the responsibility for this issue lies not with them, but with management. I genuinely want to ask why you, the decision-makers, get to decide whether we can have cold or hot air? Is this a university dorm? When I called the front desk, they said all the fans had been distributed. Eventually, the front desk had to get a fan from another hotel (Ji Quanjie). If all the fans are already out, doesn't management realize there's a problem? How many guests must be feeling hot??????? But I don't want the service staff to be penalized for the management's issues, so I'm still giving a 5-star rating.
