Absolutely lovely! The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. They even offer free traditional ******* clothing rentals for guests to wear around the hotel for photos, which was a lot of fun. A special shout-out to the makeup artist – she was so gentle and patient. We tried on several outfits until we found the perfect one. While getting to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area isn't free, hotel guests do get a discount, which is a nice perk. I highly recommend visiting during the off-season. The makeup was so detailed and beautifully done, and all the photos were taken with a phone's native camera – they turned out really stunning!

The room was spacious and bright, and the hot water supply was excellent. Xiao Guo at the front desk was fantastic—very friendly, gentle, and patiently helped us with our issues. She was also very enthusiastic. The hotel is only about a ten-minute drive to Jiuzhaigou, and they even offer shuttle service to the scenic area. Breakfast was good too.

The room had a sewer smell, and the heating wasn't working. I told the front desk, but they said it was too late to do anything since I arrived late. So, because I checked in late, I deserve a smelly room? The front desk staff seemed to know about the sewer issue. If a room has problems, don't rent it out! 😑 The smell was bad enough, but I turned the heater up to 40 degrees before bed, and it still wasn't warm. When I woke up, the room was still 12 degrees.
