Nice room with warm service. It’s nearby the moon bay park so it’s convenient to get on and off the bus and take 5 minutes walk to the hotel.

1km away from the the main site, needs to walk 25mins No lift and noisy of face the small street

There is NO LIFT. Please think twice before booking this hotel. Need to bring up your own 25kg luggage up and down until 3rd floor using the outside stairs with freezing temperatures. Quite noisy because downstairs is a bar place maybe. Other than that, everything is good.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's a small 10 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The person at reception is pretty helpful. One important thing to remember before booking, all the rooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor with no access to lift and don't keep the windows open otherwise all the bugs will enter your room.

Very nice room.The mattress is very comfortable.The location is little bit far from Jiuzhaigou National Park but very near to Moon Bay parking lot.It's not a big problem.Just enjoy very nice place .

Easy to get food and friendly environment

Convenient location to scenic area. Easy to get taxi. Owner arranged transport for us to and from train station. However, one of our rooms' AC heater was not working well for the 3 nights we were there.

The room is not really clean when we arrive the hotel. We need to call the owner and then she sent the maid to clean the room. The room also was not clean again for the second night. Apart from this, the hotel is good location. The owner provide excellent service - she answer my question on Wechat so often.
