Sarah is professional, attentive, talented, and beautiful. Management, give her a raise! Before check-in, Sarah, our butler, already set up a WeChat group and sent us menus, pillow options, and activity schedules. Check-in day was very smooth and full of surprises. Sarah gave us a bouquet of roses as an anniversary gift. She also presented us with a Ritz Carlton berry mousse cake. It was absolutely delicious; after eating hotpot in the evening, my partner and I still managed to finish the entire cake. I've had it in Singapore before, it was around seventy-something Singapore dollars, I don't quite remember the exact price. This gift was truly thoughtful! I used the hotel's eco-friendly bag for hotpot and accidentally got oil stains on it. The front desk initially told me I'd have to purchase a new one. Sarah's gesture truly touched me; she managed to get me a new one. The bag itself might not be expensive, but such service makes you feel so warm. While we were eating, a group of Singaporeans with many children came to eat hotpot. The restaurant was initially very quiet, but it became extremely noisy after they arrived. The staff thoughtfully asked if we wanted to change tables. Anyway, to the bunch of Singaporeans who were having steamboat with the child that kept asking 'Caroline, where is Caroline?' if you are reading this, please, I'm from Singapore too, and it's such a shame that you guys aren't controlling your kids and allowing them to be so rowdy. You need to have dining etiquette, please. The turndown service was also very thoughtful; the attendant neatly arranged all my skincare and cosmetics. The slippers, bath mat, water, and glasses were perfectly placed, and the lighting was adjusted just right. I also highly recommend the complimentary makeup and photoshoot! Sasa and her team worked tirelessly. The makeup artist was very professional and adjusted the makeup based on my features, not just a generic influencer style. It was that feeling of 'after makeup, I'm still me, but I'm beautiful.' The makeup artist was able to accommodate all my requests. The foundation was flawless; I have imperfect skin, but after she finished, my pores were practically invisible. I went to Jiuzhaigou in the afternoon, and my skin still looked radiant until the evening. Sasa and the photographer were very professional. Sasa constantly helped me with my hair and clothes and guided me on how to pose. The photographer fell and sprained his foot that day, but he still wholeheartedly took pictures for us. Photo selection was very smooth and comfortable, with absolutely no hard-selling. There was no pressure at all; I decided which photos I wanted and didn't want, and Sasa didn't pressure me in any way. Another point worth mentioning: when we went to the gym, the front desk attendant was a pregnant lady. I don't know if this was a conscious arrangement by management, but I found it very heartwarming. The gym usually has fewer people, so she didn't need to move around much. Most people who go there are adults, it's not noisy, there are no children running around, and no one is smoking there.

Our stay at Nissai Valley was absolutely fantastic! The breathtaking natural scenery from our villa was a daily delight. What truly warmed our hearts was the exceptional service from the staff. From our dedicated butler Missy, to Sobo, Pancy, and Terry, everyone was incredibly kind, enthusiastic, and attentive to our needs, making our entire stay incredibly relaxed and enjoyable. A huge thank you to everyone for creating such wonderful memories for us! If we get the chance, we will definitely be back!

The hidden Ritz-Carlton in Jiuzhaigou has always been on my travel bucket list, and this summer, I finally had the chance to experience it with my child! Our two-night stay was fantastic. The butler provided attentive service throughout, and a special thanks to Master Zhang (Black) for the high-speed train station pick-up and drop-off service. He shared so much about Jiuzhaigou's history, beautiful scenery, and culture during the ride 🙏 The Western breakfast at the restaurant was especially excellent! 👍

This is the sixth Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Marriott's ultra-luxury flagship worldwide, designed by the late Mr. Jaya Ibrahim, who also designed Amanfayun Hangzhou, Aman Summer Palace Beijing, and Amandayan Lijiang. The design deeply integrates ******* culture, presenting an elegant and unique style. Located in Jiuzhaigou's Rissai Valley, the rooms are fully equipped, featuring a Nespresso machine with milk frother and a dedicated kitchen. The bathrooms boast Villeroy & Boch fixtures. Special thanks to our attentive and meticulous butlers, Jasmine and Caroline, for their warm and thoughtful service throughout our stay, always available online. The hotel staff were polite and enthusiastic, and the restaurant service was refined and thoughtful. The hotel's scenery is absolutely stunning and pleasant. During our stay, the rain cleared to reveal endless lush green mountains in the distance – truly a secluded paradise, a top choice for luxury hotel enthusiasts.

The service was good, but unfortunately, none of the restaurants really stood out in terms of food quality. It's quite convenient for visiting Jiuzhaigou, and the round-trip shuttle service was definitely the most praiseworthy part – it saved us a lot of hassle. My child loved feeding the little animals there.

Staying at the Ritz-Carlton Reserve nestled in the valley was a picturesque experience with an amazing hotel atmosphere. A friend highly recommended their travel photography service, so I booked it a day in advance. It turned out beautifully, very high-end photos! Photographer Mr. Long is great at finding the best light and scenery, and capturing natural moments! The travel photography service was also very thoughtful and meticulous. Highly recommend it to everyone! Also, Sofia and Daniel at the spa center were incredibly warm and patient – a lovely young man and woman!

A hidden gem tucked away in the valley. The environment is peaceful and healing, the service is gentle and attentive, making for a super comfortable stay. All the staff at the spa were wonderful! We even tried the travel photography experience; the outfits and makeup were thoughtfully prepared, and the photos turned out stunning! Sasa's service was also very thoughtful; there was absolutely no pressure to purchase photos, which I really appreciated! We also participated in some of the hotel's activities, and the experience was great! It's a fantastic resort hotel! The attentive service from our butler and the charming service from Li Haifeng also left us with a wonderful impression! We'll definitely be back again!

The hotel has great views, the room facilities are excellent, and the butler service is attentive.
