Such a pleasant trip! The hotel was very comfortable, and all the staff I met were super friendly. My kids even received lots of little gifts. I hope to have the chance to visit again in different seasons.

The hotel's location offers stunning views of snow-capped mountains during the day and a sky full of stars at night, creating a truly relaxing and therapeutic atmosphere. The room's overall design is incredibly stylish, with a meticulous vintage aesthetic. The TV and full-length mirror are cleverly hidden behind wooden panels, blending a back-to-basics feel with modern technology and functionality. There's a large stone tub in the room, giving you the sensation of soaking in a private hot spring. On either side of the tub are spacious shower areas, plus a separate shower room, so there's plenty of space for washing up. I particularly loved the vanity setup; the three mirrors allow you to view your makeup from different angles, and the diffused lighting makes you look even better. The hotel's activities are also varied and very engaging. We arrived a bit late, but they specially arranged activities like incense making, creating scented candles, and stringing bracelets for us. The service was also incredibly thoughtful and detailed. There was a very enthusiastic young man from Northeast China who gave us a tour of the hotel, introduced us to a lot of the ******* culture within the hotel, helped us reserve a table for meals, and even prepared a farewell gift for us. The dining options are extensive and very refined, featuring some authentic local dishes that are healthy and flavorful. Everything was excellent; a truly wonderful stay.

Our spontaneous decision to stay at the Ritz-Carlton Reserve for this Jiuzhaigou trip turned out to be a truly delightful experience from start to finish. We especially want to thank our butler, Alan (Selang Zedan), a handsome ******* young man, whose meticulous arrangements and thoughtful service made us feel right at home. The hotel's location is truly exceptional, nestled deep in the valley, surrounded by pristine forests and streams. From our window, we could gaze upon snow-capped mountains, feeling as if we were in a real-life Shangri-La. The rooms are spacious with an understated luxurious decor. The balcony is equipped with an astronomical telescope, perfect for stargazing on clear nights. The in-room amenities are also comprehensive; the bedding is soft and gentle on the skin, the bathroom is generously sized, and the mini-bar drinks and snacks are complimentary. In the evening, you can light a bonfire on your room's balcony, enjoying drinks and conversation with family and friends, or have the staff draw a relaxing bubble bath for you to wash away the day's fatigue. In short, here, 'luxury' is never about a cold堆砌 of facilities, but rather the genuine and meticulous care from the staff – it's the butler remembering your preferences, the server noticing your needs, and every staff member you encounter offering a warm smile and a 'Tashi Delek.' The beauty of Jiuzhaigou is enchanting, and the service at The Ritz-Carlton Reserve adds an extra layer of warmth to that enchantment.

From check-in to check-out, Sisse, our butler, provided service as warm and thoughtful as the ******* sunshine! She proactively communicated with us beforehand to understand our needs, arranged a special welcome dance upon our arrival, meticulously explained the ******* experience and local scenery, and was always prompt and attentive throughout our stay, even remembering our smallest preferences. During our stay, we also received a small cake, and when a minor issue arose, the Housekeeping Manager resolved it very sincerely. Upon departure, the photo album Sisse specially prepared for us was truly beautiful, and the GM personally showcased the boutique's clothing. The team's professional and warm service filled our trip with peace of mind and delightful surprises, perfectly embodying hidden luxury!

This stay was a benchmark for domestic hotels, truly living up to its reputation as 'number one.' The hotel is brand new and spotless, but what truly stands out are the meticulously crafted design details – from the materials to the overall aesthetic, everything exudes sophistication and thoughtful consideration. The butler service was attentive and comprehensive throughout, providing 'silent yet profound' care. Having stayed in countless hotels, this place perfectly embodies its 'secluded' moniker. Even during the bustling National Day holiday, it managed to shield guests from external disturbances, creating a serene and private atmosphere. This rare and memorable experience left a deep impression.

The room was spacious and very comfortable to stay in. There were plenty of activities available, and the staff were proactively warm and welcoming. The environment is excellent, far from the commercial district, making it very quiet. If you have your own car, you can explore the nearby areas. However, if you don't have a car, it's only suitable for staying within the resort as transportation is inconvenient. It's ideal for relaxation or family trips.
