Far from the main areas and up a hill. Was looking forward to the friendly and great service but learnt that the shop has changed hands and it’s ran by someone else now. As it was my first time to Jiuzhaigou, hence it was pretty inconvenient that the arrangements are mostly made through wechat and there was no one to inquire with (new owners were away and not at the location). Also if you have large luggage, beware as the staircase is not easy to navigate. Pros would be they are willing to compensate if you have to call a car yourself to travel back and forth from Jiuzhaigou scenic entrance + on arrival and departure day.
