Jiuzhaigou Ganhai Cloud Valley

The room was quiet and comfortable, clean and tidy, with all the amenities. It was nice and warm! The food prepared by the chef was delicious and hygienic! I'll definitely visit again next time! Excellent!!

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and even assisted with luggage. The electric blanket was already warm when we checked in, and getting a taxi was convenient as drivers waited for guests at the hotel's front desk. However, there were no bathroom slippers in the room, and only two small hot springs were open. Everything else was great, and the window view was lovely too.

First off, the location is halfway between the high-speed train station and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. Public transportation isn't the best option, so I'd recommend driving yourself or going with a tour group. Secondly, I booked a mountain view room, but the window glass facing the mountains really detracted from the view. For over 700 a night, which isn't cheap, you'd expect cleaner windows. I won't post photos, but other reviews mention the same issue. Then, the welcome fruit I was supposed to get for my points wasn't delivered, and the shuttle bus taking guests to the scenic area in the morning didn't even help with luggage. Finally, a big shout-out to the customer service小姐姐 (I forgot her name, but she looks a lot like Tong Yao). She was worried we'd miss our stop and came to pick us up early. She was also very prompt in addressing any issues we had. Thanks to her, I'm not leaving a negative review. Enough said.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a natural, picturesque view of the Jiafan ancient city outside the window, which was very tranquil. We also got free admission to the Ganhai Valley scenic area. It's a bit run down, but since it was free, it was still worth a visit. Plus, the breakfast was abundant and delicious!

Clean and hygienic, with a rich and delicious breakfast. The surroundings are beautiful, and the nearby ******* villages and Love Lake Wetland are absolutely stunning.
