VALATOMS Hotel

Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. The room was spotlessly clean with no strange odors, fully equipped, and had a reliable hot water supply. The soundproofing was good, making for a very quiet and restful night. The staff were friendly and welcoming, check-in and check-out were swift, and any issues were addressed promptly. The location is convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Great value for money—highly recommended!

The hotel's hygiene was really poor. My partner and I both had allergic reactions there, breaking out in rashes all over. It seems like they use a very strong detergent on their blankets, which made us incredibly itchy.

Excellent, absolutely excellent! The front desk lady was so welcoming and helpful. Plus, they have laundry and drying facilities, which is a big plus. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and tidy, and parking was convenient. The front desk service was thoughtful and attentive. Because we encountered a tour group, they even gave us a free upgrade to a hot spring room. Laundry facilities were convenient, and there were many restaurants near the hotel entrance, with Jimaocai Sichuan Restaurant being highly recommended. It's about 5 kilometers from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, and the hotel provides free shuttle service! 👍👍

The room environment is great, very close to the scenic area, and the front desk staff are lovely. The breakfast is also delicious, and there are cute little dogs! The room was especially good and very clean, making for a super comfortable sleep.

This hotel offers great value for money. The breakfast is plentiful and satisfies daily needs, and there's also afternoon tea. While the afternoon tea is a bit simple, offering seasonal fruits and small cakes, it's still a nice bonus given the room rate. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the scenic area entrance, but since we were driving, we didn't use it. The hotel is very close to the scenic spot, just a 5-minute drive away. The front desk also recommended the closest parking lot for us.

The smart home system in the room was very convenient, and it was also very clean. They offer direct shuttle service to scenic spots in the morning. The breakfast was pretty good too. The front desk staff were very helpful and always ready to assist with any issues.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service to the park entrance, which is super close to the scenic area. There are plenty of dining options nearby and a supermarket too. The breakfast was quite rich and the value for money was excellent. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. This was truly a satisfying trip, and I'll definitely book here again next time I visit Jiuzhaigou!
