Jiuzhaigou Qixuanju Homestay

We booked this homestay almost last minute. This was due to our earlier booking with Rezen Retreat Hotel in Zhangzha town cancelled our booking about 5 days before our stay. That left us with no choice because all the good and decent hotels have been fully booked. October is Jiuzhaigou's super peak season. Booked for 2 rooms for 4 nights in this homestay but stayed for only 3 nights without refund for our 4th night stay. This homestay is managed by 2 men who claimed that they are the owners of the homestay. They are not educated and talked very loudly. One of them are quite rude too. Conditions of the stay was so horrible. There isn't any housekeeping at all. No tissue paper and bottled water was provided throughout our stay. Toilets/bathroom were filthy. Flushing system doesn't worked well. The wash basin was dirty that you don't want to leave your own toiletries there. The heater was barely warm and the temperature in Jiuzhaigou was around 8 deg c. The bedsheets stinks and I believe they weren't changed after the previous guest had checked out. The homestay is hard to locate. There are only 3 restaurants around the homestay and the price of food is expensive. The only plus point about this homestay is they send and fetch you to and back from Jiuzhaigou scenic area. Overall please avoid staying in this homestay.
