This hotel is very close to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, only about 2 kilometers away. The decor is stylish and high-end, and the room is very clean with excellent facilities. Horrible service and bad cleanliness where everything in the room is dirty, from the toilet bowl to flooring to water that smells and stained shower head. Service was bad where waitress questioned and refused to provide water when asked. Location is bad and far away from the main area with all the famous brands such as Chagee, KFC etc. Please do not visit this hotel.

The ambiance was wonderful. The thoughtful lady at the front desk even provided us with a delicious complimentary breakfast! We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Jiuzhaigou.

The hotel's location is excellent, right at the Goulkou entrance, making dining incredibly convenient with plenty of options nearby. Plus, there's a supermarket right next door. The only minor issue was that one of the bedsheets had a stain on it, which was a bit puzzling. However, upon reporting it, they replaced it immediately. Overall, the service was quite good.
