very convenient location, near restaurants and convenience shops. you can also walk to the entrance of jiuzhaigou from this hotel. staff were very friendly and helpful!

Very nice hotel and the location is good. Not so far away from the Jiu Zhai Gou attraction entrance

One of the best experiences - it is a very nice hotel (as compared to many many others). Location is great - walking distance to the park entrance and very nearby food and spa and shops. The hotel also has a lift and a nice diner below serving traditional food. Beds are very comfortable. I love that this hotel
Has no smoke smell (unlike many others).
The people are what makes this experience so incredible. From the start the front desk welcomes you excitedly. Giving a lot of warm and character to this hotel that made this stay so memorable. Anne (seen in picture) really went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and well taken care of. She did not make us feel bad when we had some issues with the toilet (caused by us). Made she they called the right people to help solve it for us. Anne really made our stay so memorable and special and was really the highlight of our jiu Zhai gou trip.
Thank you Anne and the team :) we will be back !

房間味道比較嚴重，很薰…有窗户但是空氣不流通，一進門馬桶一直滴滴滴響個不停，不過聯繫前台之後就馬上來處理了（但是還是很影響體驗）結果第二天晚上又開始響了，我也懶的反饋了直接拔了開關，房間環境很普通有點了舊，樓下設施和温泉還不錯，唯一的五星好評是給一個前台小姐姐的，特別熱情，因為腳受傷了詢問了一下有沒有創可貼她二話不説馬上去給我找了兩個，還跟我們講了很多旅遊攻略！人美心善～（ ̀⌄ ́）

房間很好，很乾凈，地理位置也很好，走到景點十分鐘，旁邊吃的也很多。房間提供了洗漱用品，還提供了一人一套可以借的藏族服飾，特別好，前台小姐姐很耐心，離開的時候有東西落在那裡了，幫忙耐心解決問題，然後給我寄回來🥰🥰

房間挺好的，乾淨，然後我們住的房型很適合一家三口的，還有個小榻榻米，離景區走路可能七八分鐘吧，挺近的，附近吃得也很多，服務態度挺好的點了外賣還幫我送上樓了，還幫忙充充電寶，挺好的反正

1.The hotel location is walkable distance to Jiuzaigou. Location is superb, as all the restaurants and mart is located there.
2.The room is very clean, very spacious, smart WC with heated seat is impressive. Bathtub is very comfy as well.
Only the projector don't have local television, always popping up for yearly subscription info.
They even have washing machin and dryer, is very convenient.
The only downside is the hotel first floor is a hotpot restaurant, hence it has these unbearable smell inside the lift and lobby, but inside room is still ok
