Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area Tixin Meisu

This guesthouse is excellent! A big thank you to Manager Puncuo Langjia and all the staff for their warm hospitality. Every service detail, from pre-arrival to post-departure, was wonderful. The laundry service, breakfast, shuttle to scenic spots, and travel tips were all great. My only regret is not seeing the 'golden mountain in the sun' (the guests from the day before managed to capture it!).

For my trip to Huanglong and Jiuzhai with my parents this Chinese New Year, I chose Dixin in advance. The hotel staff proactively contacted us even before we left to remind us about things like ticket purchases for the scenic areas. They also provided pick-up/drop-off services for check-in, check-out, and round trips to Jiuzhaigou National Park. You can really feel that the manager and staff genuinely care about providing excellent service to every guest. The hotel's facilities, environment, and even the meal arrangements were all customized to our needs in advance. We had a delightful two-day trip to Jiuzhai. I would definitely recommend Dixin to my friends and family if they ever have the chance!

I rarely leave good reviews, but this guesthouse truly deserves all the praise it gets! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou for the first time. The owner provides incredibly detailed and practical advice on how to explore the area. Plus, the round-trip shuttle service in a comfortable business van is a huge bonus. You can really feel the owner's dedication to running this guesthouse. The room decor and amenities are top-notch, and it's spotlessly clean. The entire guesthouse has floor heating, and hot water is instantaneous, so there's no need to worry about being cold in winter. They even offer laundry service, which is a thoughtful touch. The location is also excellent; it's right across from Conrad Indigo, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. And if you're lucky, you might even spot some cute cats, with cat treats provided by the owner for feeding! Overall, it's a guesthouse with warmth and incredible attention to detail.

Service: They created a chat group before my arrival, and the messages were answered instantly. They also accommodated all my requests. If I needed anything late at night, they would discreetly leave it at my door, take a picture, and inform me in the group chat, without knocking abruptly. This was a huge plus and very considerate for female travelers! They also provided a detailed and practical explanation of the Jiuzhaigou route. Hygiene: The room was very clean. Service: They offered pick-up and drop-off services everywhere. The driver, Tashi, was great! As soon as I got in the car, he would quietly turn on the seat heater and massage function. I highly recommend the beef rice noodles for breakfast! The coffee is also great! The beef hotpot was delicious too. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

The service at this guesthouse is absolutely fantastic! The owner and every staff member were incredibly warm and attentive. They even offer complimentary shuttle service in a business car to anywhere within Jiuzhaigou! They patiently answered all our questions and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms are quiet, comfortable, well-equipped, and spotless. It's no wonder they have zero negative reviews! We were so surprised to wake up and see snow in the courtyard. The housekeeper's tips helped us capture amazing photos of Shuzheng Valley from the best spots. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Jiuzhaigou! (*¯︶¯*)
