前台沒人當值，第一天早上7：30出門無人當值，晚上九點多回來無人當值，衹留下屋主聯絡電話，第二天早上7：30分去吃早餐至8：15分回來都見不到人，退房的都衹能把門卡放在前台。訂了2間房其中一門間花灑嚴重漏水，另一間電視是壞的，跟屋主溝通説是之前住客弄壞，不能換房沒有其他電視。毛巾一條沒有，衹有一次性的紙毛巾，一次性怎能洗面及沖涼抺身，抺手，我去住了那麼多酒店第一次遇到這情況，評語上説接送到景區是騙人的，要你早上6：05分前上車，景區是開7：30分的，晚上給他打電話跟本不接你，跟屋主説這情況衹説塞車無辦法，不會幫你叫車要你自己想辦法

民宿在路邊坡上，自駕的話可以停在坡下公路對面的停車場，千萬不要從那個窄坡開上來，上面是一堆村民聚居地，應該就是叢芽村的一部分吧，一堆湯鍋餐館超市什麼的，錯車能讓人崩潰。地段還可以，離溝口3公里，我們凌晨去排隊沒問題，開車10分鐘，如果7:00~9:00就要堵半個小時以上了。房間還算是比較大，有熱空調，衞生間也算整潔，致命的問題是洗手間反臭，這個是真的存在，太臭了，因為太累了衹能忍了，睡覺都是緊緊的關上衞生間的門。建議老闆想想辦法徹底解決，是不是能用點什麼止臭閥之類的，或者換那種止臭的地漏。這個問題沒解決之前不建議任何人入住，至於其他都是小事，都可以包容

酒店對面就有瀑布，景色很好，吃飯停車都方便，老闆人太好了，我們沒有買到景區門票早上5點就送我們去排隊，最後順利進入，非常感謝老闆，房間也是很乾凈的，價格比周圍的價格便宜，推薦

房間還算乾淨，但是沒有瓶裝水贈送（好像阿壩州這裏的旅店都不送？））位置就在馬路邊邊上，距離九寨溝風景區入口三公里多，還算便利。就是其它客人點評説有接送服務，我們並沒有享受到，老闆説路口就有景區直通車，三塊錢就可以直達，但是八月份是旺季，早上七點鐘的直通車到這裏時早就裡麪人滿為患，根本上不去，最後我們花30元打車才趕到景區入口

無意之中刷到這家店的，估計也是很老闆有緣分，哈哈哈起初是看便宜還可以車接車送，沒想到後來行程全靠遇到一個好老闆。不僅認真負責我們的住宿問題，而且還幫我介紹附近吃的，有性價比又好吃的。去高鐵站接我們（有償）送景區免費，物超所值，老闆生意興隆。這年頭真誠才是必殺技。在九寨溝這個商圈做的下去的名宿一定有他的道理。環境不錯，也很安靜，睡的很好，老闆還關心怕我們缺氧，老闆的小孩也很懂事，這個老闆太好，一兩句話介紹不完，有緣分的自己去住了才曉得，好好好好好

酒店位置優越，離景區不太遠，酒店配有接送服務，這一點非常不錯，也告知出行路徑，周邊吃飯購物非常方便，吃完飯周邊遛遛彎，很巴適，就是洗澡水有點小了

房屋的床墊很差，像睡在鋼圈上，本來訂的兩晚，結果發現床墊太差，到店後修改住宿時間為一晚，結果酒店不予退，後來經客服協調商家衹退第二晚的90%。並且他們不提供礦泉水，叫我燒廁所水龍頭裡的水，想想就噁心，後來她看我要退房給我們拿了4瓶水（我們訂了兩個標間），當時我去找櫃枱協商退房，服務員準備把水給我，同時有另一個客人來找她要瓶裝水，服務員給客人説這水是我自己買的，叫他要喝水自己去買，她們不提供，看看這種欺騙行為，你還願意住嗎，你不給差評嗎？

酒店不太好找，前台在一個樓梯轉角，房間窗户打開就是一個牆，基本沒彩光，拖鞋都是灰，像是很久沒住過人🥲不敢用。説的接送服務實際無接送，跟老闆説來接，會説堵車之類的，送需要早上五點五十齣發，然後司機在30就打電話催，然後會説趕緊下來，不然就自己開車（我開車我還需要你送嗎？錯過這個時間就沒送景區服務，時間不能自選，實際坐公交車也就堵30分鐘，不懂不想送為啥要寫有接送服務？酒店環境跟招待所差不多
