這是我有始以來住過最差的名宿，好些設施壞了也不修，床硬的像硬板床睡覺很不舒服，半夜被空調噼裏啪啦的噪音吵醒，還以為外面在下雨，不得已衹好關閉空調，地面也不平踩上去有下沉的感覺，這麼差不知道好評是哪來的？有一説一，硬件差服務還可以，給我們負責接送到景區門口，如果能把硬件設施提上去就更好了，聽負責接送的司機説，合同到期不打算幹了，應該是這個原因，所以設施壞了也不修吧？

在這家酒店的住宿體驗簡直超出了我的預期。酒店的地理位置非常優越，還有接送九寨溝景區服務。前台還有服裝可以免費借用，穿起來打卡超讚哦。 房間的佈置非常舒適和現代化，床鋪柔軟，枕頭和被褥都非常乾淨，讓人一夜好眠。房間內的設施一應俱全，高速Wi-Fi、大屏慕投影等應有盡有。浴室也非常乾淨整潔。 總的來説，這家酒店無論是硬件設施還是服務質量都堪稱一流，是一個值得再次光臨的好地方。非常推薦給所有來九寨溝旅遊的朋友們！

淡季來九寨溝真的是特別特別爽，酒店服務特別特別好接送都很周到，老闆人很好，有什麼需求都熱情幫助我們，我們起晚了附近早餐店賣完了還主動請我們吃他們的早餐，房間裏投影也很好，電熱毯很暖和，被子也舒服，下次來還會住這家！

老闆服務態度太好了，親自開車接送去九寨溝，酒店衞生乾淨，環境也很不錯，周邊飯店也很多， 酒店到景區接送:提前和老闆打電話就來接 淡季出遊划算實惠，老闆也幫忙搬行李，房間智能馬桶。

離景區大門2Km多，但老闆親自開車接送景區大門，非常方便。房間裏雖然設施一般，但全都好用，智能馬桶入廁不冷，淋浴水量和水温恆定，有投影，小朋友喜歡，衞生打掃很乾凈，尤其是床品既舒服又很整潔，家庭出行也放心，因為帶着小朋友，申請加枕頭和被子，老闆立即就送來，總之性價比超高，不追求高檔次的朋友可以閉眼選這家，好評！

酒店很新，但沒有味道，衞生很好，乾濕分離，房間寬敞、温暖，還有投影電視。地理位置不錯，周圍飯店很多，也比較熱鬧。老闆一家人服務熱情，接送及時，是我住過民宿中最好之一，大家可以放心入住。

房間的位置很好周邊有很多好吃的。老闆服務100分！我們晚到了還提前給我們電話確認了房型，第二天早上車子送我們到景區門口，回程也有景區安排的免費大巴擺渡車，完全不用擔心進出距離問題。老闆店裡還有很適合出片的衣服配飾免費租借，超級推薦👍🏻

老闆很熱情，到景點會接送，帶了兩個孩子進九寨溝，小的感覺不舒服，老闆幫忙帶着去買了葯，還把孩子接回酒店照顧，中午飯也給一起做了，隨後又把我送去景區去找大的，特別感謝老闆，酒店性價比很高！還有超大的投影，床墊和枕頭也很舒服。
