Fanxin Shanheyue Guesthouse Jiuzhaigou

The room was very clean, and all the facilities were new and well-equipped. It had both air conditioning and underfloor heating. The bathroom was also very clean and tidy, making showering very convenient with plenty of hot water. On top of all that, a huge thank you to the owner for the shuttle service! They were incredibly welcoming and genuine. We always had a car readily available to take us to and from the scenic spots. When we were leaving, they even gave us advice on how early to depart and what time train tickets to buy, etc.!

Excellent value for money! Superb! The place was cozy and warm, and the owners were very welcoming. The food in the restaurant was also delicious, especially the chili sauce – so good!!!

This time in Jiuzhaigou, we chose a guesthouse. The environment was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the whole room was smart. The owner picked us up on time from the high-speed rail station that evening, and we even had a large portion of their signature yak hotpot at the guesthouse. The next day, the owner also picked us up and dropped us off at the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, which was only five or six minutes away – very convenient. On the third day, when we were leaving Jiuzhaigou, the owner promptly took us to our bus stop in the morning – very attentive and helpful! We had a great time and will definitely choose this guesthouse again next time we come to Jiuzhaigou!

The new hotel was very clean and beautiful, the spacious bedrooms had a clean, cozy vintage decor, and were fully equipped with hot water, heating, and air conditioning that all worked well. The host was especially enthusiastic and a great cook. They drove us directly to Jiuzhaigou, which was very convenient. They even helped carry our suitcases and sent us a message. They were very helpful whenever we needed them. Thank you so much to the host for their support during our trip to China.

The owner's wife has a very nice personality and provides excellent service. There's food available inside the guesthouse, and the food is delicious, especially the authentic yak meat, which is very generous in portion size – highly recommended! Because it was the off-season, they weren't too busy, and the owner even picked us up and took us back to the guesthouse. The service was truly exceptional! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The price-performance ratio is incredible; you get such a comfortable stay for such a low price, it's such a steal! The room was exceptionally clean, the sheets and blankets were freshly changed, and there was no unpleasant odor at all, making me feel very safe and secure. The owner was also incredibly welcoming, taking great care of us from check-in to check-out, answering all our questions and giving us lots of local travel tips. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jiuzhaigou! On the day of our arrival, we encountered heavy snow and were stuck in traffic for five hours, finally arriving at 2:30 AM. The owner even drove to pick us up; we were so touched, such a wonderful owner! 😭😭 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jiuzhaigou.

This was a fantastic trip! The owners were incredibly welcoming, providing pick-up and drop-off services, including those within the scenic area. The owner was very punctual, and communication was easy. The restaurant even has its own small kitchen, making dining convenient. The prices are reasonable, making it a top choice for visiting Jiuzhaigou. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip. Wishing the owners great success in their business!
