The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything, with plenty of food options nearby. The room was really clean, and it even had underfloor heating – a first for me as someone from the south, and it was so cozy! On the staircase, there's a thoughtful selection of complimentary daily essentials like cotton swabs, band-aids, dental floss, and mouthwash. Plus, the projector comes with a pre-paid membership, which is awesome. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the scenic area on the second day. Highly recommend!

Better than expected! The underfloor heating was lovely as soon as we walked in, and the front desk staff was very pretty. The room was super clean and there was plenty of hot water. The only downside was that the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, so water splashed everywhere when showering. Other than that, no complaints. Right next door is their own breakfast shop, which is super cheap and delicious. The front desk auntie (not sure if she's the owner's mom?) was fantastic! 👍🏻

The hotel's location is great, and the front desk service was excellent. They proactively helped with our luggage at the entrance. The room was clean and comfortable, and there are many convenient snack shops and supermarkets nearby. Plus, they offer free shuttle service to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. location was good (20mins walk from jiuzhaigou national park and surrounded by many eateries and shops) and service was quite responsive as well. just be aware that for the family room, it is a lot smaller than what it looks in the pictures uploaded by the hotel. for 4 paxs, it was quite squeezy. the disposable towels given were also, of course, not as good as normal towels but we made do. generally, even though the room was small, the room and layout was decent enough for us to have a comfortable stay. they also offered free drop off at the jiuzhaigou national park in the morning which was useful.
