SFEEL Designer Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Valley Scenic and Historic Interest Area Tourist Center)

The bed was very comfortable and the room was well-equipped. We had a great view of the river from the window. It was a pleasant stay, and not too far from the parking lot or the scenic spots.

The room was clean and tidy, with both soft and firm pillows available, which was exactly what I needed. The curtains were electric and the toilet was automatic, making for a great stay. Right outside is a rushing river, and since I came to Jiuzhaigou to see the water, it was quite interesting to have such a river view from the hotel. When I left, I forgot a bottle of lotion, but the hotel promptly found it, informed me, and helped me mail it back. Many thanks!

The environment is comfortable and clean, the front desk lady is enthusiastic, and the view outside the window is beautiful. Very satisfied!

The hotel was nice, and the staff were very attentive, even recommending local restaurants nearby. It's also very close to the Guoda car park. The only downside was the lack of shuttle service to scenic spots. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, so I'm just using pictures of the scenic area instead. I recommend the king-size bed room if possible, it's more spacious than the tatami room. And definitely don't eat at the Nuorilang center in Jiuzhaigou; bringing your own instant noodles is a better option.

First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's very close to the Jiuzhaigou National Parking lot, making it convenient for transfers to and from the high-speed rail station. The Jiuzhaigou scenic area is about a 20-minute walk along the river next to the hotel, which is great for early morning park entry. The hotel is located on Jiuzhaigou Bienbian Street, and while it's not as bustling as Cangwang Square, it's still convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel itself is relatively new, with smart voice-controlled facilities that are easy to operate. It's generally clean, and the toilet and shower areas are separate, which is very convenient for multiple guests. The front desk contacts you in advance via WeChat to send the exact hotel location and provide a tourist map of Jiuzhaigou, which is a thoughtful service. Despite being close to the river, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. When you open the window, you can hear the soothing white noise of the water, and you get beautiful views of the river and mountains. The mattress has just the right amount of firmness – not too soft – and two pillows are provided, with one being a supportive latex pillow. After a tiring day of hiking, lying in bed felt incredibly refreshing. I have a couple of suggestions: it would be great to add a pull-out magnifying makeup mirror to the vanity area. Currently, there's just a large mirror, which isn't ideal for women applying makeup and needing to see details. Also, the shower door opens both inwards and outwards. While convenient, it tends to splash water. I'd recommend adding a water barrier to prevent water from dripping onto the floor when the door is opened.

My stay was very pleasant. The hotel's location is convenient, just 1 km from the scenic area, so it's walkable or a quick taxi ride away. The surrounding amenities are also excellent. I loved the room's decor, and the bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The soundproofing was good too. The front desk lady was also super nice and provided great service.

I brought my mom to Jiuzhaigou and after a long search, I chose this hotel for a 3-night stay. When I pick a hotel, I really care about the view from the window and convenience of location, and this place checked both boxes. First, you can see the Baishui River from the window, and it's incredibly relaxing to just sit and listen to the river after a long day. The location is excellent, right by Bianbian Street, and very close to the National Parking Lot. It's about a 20-minute walk to Jiuzhaigou. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. Although the room wasn't huge, the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a great design. The voice-activated smart controls were very convenient. The only minor drawback was the smart toilet, which was quite loud; if two people are staying, someone getting up in the night could be woken up. That could be improved.

The room type was excellent, with a very well-thought-out design. The view outside the window was beautiful, a mountain view with a small turquoise river flowing by, its gurgling sounds audible. The design was quite pretty.

Facilities: Quite new. Cleanliness: Pretty good, I couldn't spot any issues. Environment: It's right on the edge of the street. The river nearby can be a bit noisy at night, so you'll need to close the window, but it could also serve as white noise for sleeping. Service: Service was quite good.
