Our stay at MOYE was absolutely fantastic. The hotel manager was incredibly welcoming, not only recommending authentic local eateries but also taking note of our breakfast preferences every evening. A standout feature was the hotel's private car service to and from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, which made our trip incredibly easy and stress-free. The room facilities were new, stylish, and elegant. The bath amenities were high-end, and it even included a Marshall speaker and an AI smart home system, making our stay very comfortable and modern. Overall, the manager's hands-on, butler-style service made this trip extra special. It’s a highly recommended luxury boutique hotel.

Overall, this hotel far exceeded our expectations. The service was incredibly warm and attentive; from the moment we booked, we had a dedicated contact person. As a new hotel, the facilities are truly comprehensive, especially the underfloor heating in winter – we didn't have to worry about our child catching a cold after showering in the evening. The quality speakers and hairdryer were a nice touch, and the bathtub was even disinfected again in front of us upon check-in, which was very reassuring. The complimentary afternoon tea and bead-stringing activity were also a great bonus, and the shuttle service to the scenic area was incredibly convenient and thoughtful. Our child had an absolute blast and said we must stay here again next time we visit Jiuzhaigou.

From the moment I booked, I had a dedicated butler assigned to me. Before check-in, they meticulously inquired about my needs. We drove from Dagu Glacier and arrived at the hotel at 9 PM. The butler arranged for the chef to make us beef noodles – it was incredibly thoughtful! They then showed us all the room amenities: L'Occitane toiletries, a Dyson hairdryer, a Marshall speaker, a high-end minibar, a two-person jacuzzi, perfectly adjusted underfloor heating, and a fresh fruit platter. The butler also carefully noted our departure time for Jiuzhaigou National Park the next morning, prepared breakfast in advance, and gave us a morning call. After breakfast, we took the hotel's Voyah business car, which got us to the park entrance in about 10 minutes. For the return trip, we just needed to contact them 10 minutes beforehand to be picked up – it was absolutely fantastic! Back at the hotel, I discovered the chef had even washed my socks. Oh my god, what kind of divine service is this?! This is, by far, the best service and most superb environment I've ever experienced in a hotel. After our Jiuzhaigou trip, the butler thoughtfully presented us with a farewell gift. I will definitely choose this place again next time!!

Breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious, not just a perfunctory simple meal. Overall, it was quiet and peaceful, and both the facilities and service were top-notch, far superior to many chain hotels. If you're visiting Jiuzhaigou, staying here is definitely a decision you won't regret. Highly recommend!

Visiting Jiuzhaigou in winter can be chilly, but this place has 24-hour heating that keeps the rooms wonderfully warm. The moment you step inside, the cold dissipates, and you can even walk around barefoot, feeling completely safe and cozy. The fully smart home system caters perfectly to those who love convenience. You can control lights, curtains, and air conditioning all by voice command, managing everything from the comfort of your bed. It instantly melts away travel fatigue. The thoughtful details really hit home: the Dyson hairdryer leaves your hair smooth and frizz-free, so you can maintain a stylish look even while traveling; the Marshall speaker's sound quality is fantastic, setting the perfect mood while you soak in the private hot spring with your favorite music; and the custom bathtub is a real gem. Soaking in the private hot spring helps you relax and wash away the exhaustion of a day spent exploring, making you never want to leave. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was delightful. The amenities are on par with a high-end hotel, but with the warm, personal touch of a B&B. The value for money is truly exceptional! Next time I come to Jiuzhaigou, I'm definitely staying here again. I've already recommended it to all my friends who plan to visit – you can't go wrong with this choice!
