InterContinental truly lives up to its name! Booking the InterContinental Jiuzhai Paradise for our trip to Jiuzhaigou was such a wise decision. It was an absolutely fantastic experience. Our room had a small balcony, offering stunning views of the distant snow-capped mountains. The room's facilities were excellent; despite being an older hotel, it's incredibly well-maintained. I particularly loved the corridor we walked through in the evenings – with its sky ceiling, misty atmosphere, and ethereal music, my child said, 'This must be why it's called Jiuzhai Paradise.' That section was truly magical. For dinner, we had the mushroom hotpot, which was absolutely delicious. You can always trust InterContinental's culinary offerings! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied, with the consistent quality you'd expect. We also visited the Thangka Art Museum inside, which is a powerful and inspiring space for anyone interested in Buddhist culture. The kids participated in some craft activities and even dressed up in ******* clothes for photos. By the time we left, my little one was so reluctant to go! Highly recommend it!

This hotel is nestled in a forest, offering wonderfully fresh air. Upon entering, you're greeted by a spacious, sun-drenched garden filled with plants, and even a mini-zoo with rabbits and peacocks! There are hot spring pools to soak in, and traditional dance performances, making it perfect for families with kids. The staff member, Yolanda, was particularly excellent – warm, polite, and very quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it's cozy and comfortable, making you feel right at home. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation, and I'll certainly be back next time!

The earliest five-star hotel in Jiuzhaigou, it still holds up incredibly well after its renovation. It offers more of a 'staycation' feel compared to hotels right at the park entrance or nearby. Special thanks to concierge Yoyo for her help during our stay. We hope InterContinental continues to shine in Jiuzhaigou for another decade to come.

The service was incredibly warm and attentive. Our butler, Yoyo, reached out to us in advance to arrange our room. The room itself had a balcony and a lovely environment. Breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel's proximity to the scenic area was super convenient! Absolutely loved it!

This is an established five-star hotel in Jiuzhaigou. It boasts its own large forest, and the facilities are comprehensive. Even for someone as particular as me, the cleanliness is excellent. Yolanda's service was incredibly warm and attentive. I highly recommend the yak hotpot for dinner at the hotel, which also includes a ******* song and dance performance. While it's a bit further from Jiuzhaigou than the Howard Johnson, the environment definitely makes it worthwhile.

Choosing this hotel for our May Day holiday family trip was such a great decision! The overall view and scenery are fantastic, and the environment is peaceful and comfortable. Yoyo was warm, attentive, and provided thoughtful service. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes that really hit the spot. The hotel also has tons of fun and engaging activities for kids, who had an absolute blast. It was a perfect family vacation experience, highly recommend!

Our stay completely exceeded expectations! Before we even checked in, Yolanda proactively reached out on WeChat to offer concierge service. Throughout our stay, her responses were incredibly fast, and she handled all our requests perfectly. We were very satisfied and highly recommend her service! The hotel environment is fantastic. The lobby is lush with greenery, and during the May Day holiday, they had a wide range of activities. The staff were all very patient, and the afternoon tea was both beautiful and delicious. I thought we'd definitely have to queue for breakfast during such a long holiday, but to my surprise, there was no wait at all. The restaurant is spacious enough to accommodate everyone. The boutique and beauty/styling shops inside the hotel have reasonable prices, some even lower than in the Jiuzhai scenic area, and the service is much better. I'd suggest getting ready at the hotel before heading out to explore!

Just got back from this forest hotel, and as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I was instantly soothed by the abundance of greenery. The room offered stunning mountain views right outside the door. But the absolute highlight was their forest trail! Taking a walk in the evening, with the sunlight filtering through the leaves and the fresh scent of pine needles in the air, you could stroll for ages without feeling tired. The hot springs were incredibly relaxing. After a full day of walking around Jiuzhaigou, coming back to the hotel for a soak in the springs was pure bliss. We went with our kids, and I honestly recommend everyone stay here for at least two days. Slow down, listen to the wind, admire the mountains, and just let yourself be completely refreshed. 💖
