Rezen Hotel Jiuzhaigou Qianhe

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was meticulously cleaned, spacious, and bright. The bathroom had stable water pressure, and all facilities were well-maintained. The front desk staff were attentive, and check-in was quick. The service butler responded promptly to any requests. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation, with dining and shopping options close by. My sleep quality was excellent, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel and is highly recommended. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The front desk lady was beautiful and kind; she even helped me charge my power bank (heart emoji), even though it didn't charge last night (crying emoji). If I come to Jiuzhaigou again, I'll still choose to stay here! Lastly, Jiuzhaigou is truly beautiful~

This two-day stay at the Grand Hotel Qianhe Lijing in Jiuzhaigou, Aba, truly felt like a home away from home. The hotel lobby has a distinctive ethnic style, and the guest room layout is very well-planned. The rooms are spacious with a reasonable setup and detailed area divisions. The cleaning staff were all very warm and diligent, always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast was rich and varied, even the kids enjoyed eating more than usual. A special thank you to Manager Yang for her warm and courteous hospitality; she considered every detail for our trip, making our Jiuzhaigou journey an unforgettable memory. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

First off, the hotel's environment is excellent, and the location is great. The breakfast offers a wide variety, but the highlight is truly the outstanding butler service. They were patient and helpful throughout my stay, answering all my questions. They even arranged the free hotel shuttle to the scenic area for the next morning and helped book VIP tickets for the Jiuzhai Romance Park show, which were significantly cheaper than what I found online. They were always quick to respond to any issues. It was a truly delightful trip.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's just one bus stop away when coming back from Jiuzhaigou. They offer a complimentary shuttle service to the scenic area, along with attentive butler service. In the afternoon, they even provide free *ciba*, which is a wonderful local touch. The hotel's restaurant is also very affordable, and the ambiance is much better than outside eateries. The driver who picked us up from the train station drove very steadily. It was a fantastic three-day experience overall.

One night, I forgot to collect my clothes after washing them before bed, and in the morning, I found them neatly folded in a woven bag. The butler service was also exceptional; I followed the suggested itinerary for Jiuzhaigou and captured some truly memorable photos.

The hotel is great! It's conveniently located right next to a food street. They upgraded us to a scenic twin room which was very spacious, cozy, and quiet. The bedding was excellent, and we slept wonderfully after a long day of exploring. It's a bit of a walk to the scenic area entrance, but luckily the hotel provides a shuttle there; we just made our own way back. I still highly recommend it!
