Convenient for those travelling by bus as next to the bus terminal. Other than that, don't expect much from this hotel. Also, I like to highlight that the hot water shower was bad, sometimes it just turned cold by itself sometimes the water flow became very weak.

The accommodations are very luxurious and comfortable. What I really like is that they prepare fruits and drinks and turn on the air conditioning in the room for you.
What's really nice is that it's close to the return bus station.(by walking 1 minute) and can travel to tourist attractions ( by walking 15-30 minute)
Breakfast in the form of local food And there are salads and bakery items.

Stayed a night in a cozy place,
Warm smiles and charm filled every space.
Comfort wrapped me, soft and true,
A perfect stay, with a lovely view. Near to the main gate of JiuZhaiguo valley. A lot of Halal restaurants within a distance of 1 KM.

We were in the hotel before the check in time. The male receptionist was friendly and helpful, he upgraded our room to a better one. Their cleaners are polite. Free fruit in every room. The location is a little far from the valley entrance and we only took didi there. Next to the hotel is a bus station where we can buy a return bus ticket to Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station easily. The hotel's breakfast was so so. In my room the water pressure was very low. Then my friend's room in their toilet was clogged. The weather in early June was really cold and rain drizzled at noon time. Overall this hotel should get 3 stars not 4 stars in my opinion.

I was very disaprpointed with this hotel. It was not as advertised. It is listed as a five star hotel but it is run as a three star hotel. They claim to be an international hotel and spa with hot springs. But this is not true. Breakfast lacked essential: no coffee, tea, fruit juice, very limited fresh fruit- no orange apples, bananas, pineapple, papaya, mangos etc. They advertised as a hot spring but there is no hot spring. The hot tub area is closed. The water in the hot tub was not chlorinated and was not fresh water fed. Front desk was unable to give much useful advice about local attractions. There was black mold on the bathroom appliances. There was no spa.

The hotel location is very close to high rail train. Many resturants around the area.
Unfortunately, I think because is low session, cannot get any taxi after I checkout. Luckily, the front desk girl is very helpful to get us a driver, A bit more, but we make it to the train station.

We stayed at Rundu Hotel as a yoga group of 25 people. Location is very good, walking distance to the park. Rooms are large and clean. We had a total of 14 rooms. Breakfast has good variety and was delicious, both for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Staff were kind and helpful. Overall we feel it was a good choice to stay here.
