Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort

An experience that exceeded our expectations! They proactively upgraded us to a scenic view room. From arrival to departure, all the staff were incredibly warm and provided excellent service. The room had a particularly beautiful view, definitely worth staying here.

Stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The hotel has three restaurants, and I tried them all – the food was delicious. There are also some commercial amenities within the hotel, so you don't have to go out to pass the time. I got a foot massage and had a travel photoshoot. I also danced at Guozhuang Square, and the colorful lantern square was beautiful. The Qiang intangible cultural heritage projects were also very well done. At this time of year, it's not too crowded, so the travel experience was excellent. Jiuzhaigou is as beautiful as ever. I'll definitely stay at the Hilton again next time. Very satisfied!

Great service, and the staff were very friendly. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it still maintains the high 5-star standard you'd expect from Hilton. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the environment was pleasant. The hotel is located in Luneng Town, which is a bit quieter compared to the livelier main town.

The hotel's ambiance is fantastic. We were given a room with an amazing view upon check-in, and thanks to the front desk's warm hospitality and the beautiful window scenery, we extended our stay for two extra nights (we originally planned to stay closer to the scenic area for convenience). This place is very close to Zhongcha Village, making for a relaxing stroll with a real holiday feel. We had all our dinners at Huasheng Meidi, which was very convenient and saved us from worrying about finding food.

Huge thanks to Janice, the duty manager, for her excellent arrangements and thoughtful service. She proactively and sincerely resolved all minor issues. I highly recommend Hilton. The Chinese restaurant dining experience was also fantastic. This vacation was incredibly relaxing and pleasant. Thank you again!

Environment: The environment is excellent, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I brought my mom here for a peaceful vacation. Service: The service was impeccable. Location: The location is very close to Huamei Shengdi, with plenty of great food and shopping options nearby, which is super convenient.

Although the hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, it's much quieter and more convenient than staying right at the entrance. The hotel has beautiful scenery, like a garden, with stunning views even from the room. The staff, including front desk, concierge, restaurant, and housekeeping, were all very warm and professional. It put a perfect end to our trip to Jiuzhaigou. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel upgraded us to a panoramic room, and the room service was excellent. My elderly relative suffered from severe altitude sickness, and the staff immediately provided an oxygen tank. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!
