Service: The front desk lady, Jenny, is not only beautiful and gentle but also provides incredibly detailed service. She communicated all the check-in details in advance and thoughtfully informed us about hotel activities! She replies to messages super fast, and even gave our child a small bear toy when we checked out! Every staff member at the hotel was incredibly warm and genuinely thoughtful towards guests. Five stars all around! When we arrived at the East Plaza of Huameishengdi Resort by bus, we realized the Hilton was a 10-minute walk away, which was inconvenient with our large luggage. We called the hotel, and they immediately sent a car to pick us up. The driver was very friendly and introduced us to their facilities on the way. When we checked out, they were equally enthusiastic about driving us back to the East Plaza. Service gets full marks!
