Regarding your question about car key storage, please understand: Our parking lot has a compact layout, and vehicles parked in front of and behind can easily block the way. Many guests need to get to their scenic area itineraries early in the morning, and if you don't leave your keys, they might be blocked by other vehicles when you check out the next day, which would delay your departure time. Therefore, the front desk will proactively ask if you would like to temporarily store your keys; it's not mandatory at all, and you can choose to store them yourself. While your car keys are being held by the hotel, our staff will only be responsible for coordinating vehicle relocation. The parking lot is equipped with surveillance cameras, so please contact the front desk immediately if there are any abnormalities. We will fully cooperate in investigating and handling the matter.
