Rooms are very dusty around bed side table. When we checked in, we couldnt find the remote control to turn on the air-conditioning. I have went down the reception and the front desk owner has said she will come over to check. However she has not come over to check after an hour which I have to head down again to look for her. Other than that, the shuttle service provided from hotel to jiuzhaigou park is very unorganized. The driver has asked to call him when we reach the parking lot coming out from the park but resulted in us waiting on the roadside for almost an hour in the cold.

The room was decent overall, and it had everything you'd expect. Some corners and details weren't very clean, but it was great value for money. If you're planning a trip, definitely book the room with breakfast – the egg fried rice is delicious and you won't go to Jiuzhaigou hungry. The restaurant on the second floor also has great yak hot pot and roasted lamb chops; they were both excellent.

The experience was fantastic! The location is great, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the staff are all very welcoming and proactive in helping to resolve any minor issues. The yak hotpot for dinner was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. The portion was generous, with lots of meat and thick sauce, and the dipping sauce was absolutely delicious! The breakfast buffet was just average. The store also offers shuttle service to the scenic area, which is very convenient. Overall, it's excellent value! I'd book here again if I visit Jiuzhaigou again.

It was a very satisfying stay. I recommend this B&B for families traveling with children. The pick-up and drop-off service is in place. The buffet breakfast and dinner are great and delicious. The hot pot in the small pavilion is very atmospheric. The location is excellent. It is a 10-minute drive from the scenic area and Qianguqing. It is in the center of the city. I highly recommend it.
