host helped to carry our luggage up the stairs. also dropped us off near the entrance of the scenic place. very kind. only problem was the heater in the room not working

Enjoyed the location close to the national park and with restaurants and shops nearby. Room was warm and had air con to heat it. We could use the washing machine which was nice. Thank you for a great stay :)

The lady boss is very nice and enthusiastic. She patiently answered many questions when I got off the bus. She even came to pick me up when I got off the car. The hotel environment is also good. It is ******* style. The room is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
