Howard Johnson Tianyuan Resort

The room was clean and tidy, living up to Howard Johnson's quality standards. The staff member who showed us to our room was very thoughtful, giving us various helpful tips. The complimentary fruit, pastries, and nuts in the room were a nice touch. The hotel offers a variety of daily activities, making it especially suitable for families with young children. It's conveniently located about 7 kilometers from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. We'll definitely be back!

The room was really spacious and nice, and the breakfast was the most abundant I've ever had at a hotel. Plus, the front desk attendant, YUYING, even helped us get two extra breakfast vouchers. I can only say it was absolutely amazing!

First time in Jiuzhaigou, and after much deliberation, I still chose Howard Johnson. Service: It's an established five-star hotel with guaranteed service quality. The hotel's shuttle service is also very convenient. The reception staff are friendly, and the team is flexible. Our personal butler, YUYING, was responsive to all our questions and provided excellent service! Facilities: Although the hotel is a bit older, everything is well-maintained. Since we visited during the off-season, some of the hotel's Tibetan-style experience shops seemed to be closed. I expected fewer guests, but I was surprised by how busy it was at breakfast. The hotel's breakfast is lavish and very satisfying, and there were even welcome fruits in the room. Special thanks to the little bento box. Next time I'm in Jiuzhaigou, I'll definitely choose Howard Johnson again!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Songcheng Scenic Area. However, it felt a bit deserted this time as Songcheng was closed, and many shops across the street were also shut. The hotel is quite large, and our room was a bit far from the main area. The room itself was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. The hotel's cafe offers freshly ground coffee, but the taste was just average, and the wait time was quite long. The hotel's buffet dinner was decent and offered good value for money; we ate there on our first night! Overall, Howard Johnson is a big brand and can be trusted!

The room was quite spacious, and since we checked in early, the front desk attendant kindly offered a complimentary upgrade. The front desk service was excellent; they proactively guided guests to the elevators. The hotel itself is also quite large.
