Chai Ma Gu Dao Hotel in Jiuzhaigou is absolutely amazing, I genuinely recommend it. Its location in Pengfeng Village makes getting around super convenient. They have their own private parking lot, so no worries there, and there's an elevator, which is a lifesaver when you have luggage. The room was clean and tidy, and I even got a free upgrade, which was a fantastic surprise. A big shout-out to the lovely lady at the front desk – her service was warm, attentive, and super responsive. My entire stay was really pleasant, and it offers great value for money! Upon entering the room, I was immediately greeted with an unpleasant surprise: a huge stain on the sheets. I can't believe the cleaning staff didn't notice it. After I complained, they left the same sheets on for another day. Then, when I went to bed, I discovered the sheets were actually torn! The room's facilities are outdated, and the air conditioning was very loud, but thankfully I wasn't cold so I just turned it off. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's a convenient 10-15 minute walk to the scenic area's main entrance. I'll definitely be back to Jiuzhaigou, but I won't be staying here again.
