Hotels in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area Tourist Center, Jiuzhaigou

The hotel was newly renovated and still had a slight smell. However, overall it was quite clean and quiet. There's a yak hot pot restaurant right next door, so we could still grab dinner even when arriving late. Traveling with a child, an extra breakfast cost 49, as per Huazhu Club's policy. The hotel is only about a 20-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, so you can avoid the shuttle and potential traffic jams by walking.

1: On the day of check-in, the front desk service was decent. The new hotel's overall decor is grand and minimalist, with a large reception lobby and plenty of seating areas on the first floor. 2: It was still quite a good deal to upgrade my membership and then pay an additional 48 for a children's breakfast (I'm not sure if this is specific to this particular hotel or if all Quanji hotels are like this, as children usually ate for free at Quanji hotels where I stayed before, and I'm already a member). 3: The hotel and room facilities are relatively new and clean. The laundry room is excellent with new equipment; both washing and drying are smart, and there's complimentary bottled water available, though it tends to run out by nightfall. 4: I originally booked a family room, but it wasn't available, so I booked a twin room instead. The platform showed it could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, but the hotel only provided two sets of adult toothbrushes and slippers. When I went to the front desk to ask for two sets of children's toothbrushes and slippers, another front desk staff member surprisingly said, 'You mean you're staying with 4 people?' I didn't understand what she meant. She then claimed that the hotel rooms don't usually provide children's toothbrushes and slippers, but eventually gave them to me. I was speechless; this person clearly had an attitude problem, but I couldn't be bothered to argue with her, especially for an 800 yuan per night room, making it nearly 1600 yuan for two nights. 5: Let's talk about hygiene. I booked for two nights. After the first night, housekeeping only added adult slippers and toothbrushes during the second day's cleaning; still no children's ones. I was too lazy to complain and just used the old ones. The bedsheets were casually made, and the slippers were strewn about. And shockingly, the floor wasn't cleaned at all; there were even more small crumbs than when I left. The bath towels looked wrinkled, making me wonder if they were new. Obvious hair and paper scraps in the shower room weren't even touched. Very unprofessional, and clearly a lack of proper training. 6: Since it's in a scenic area, I went in with low expectations, but overall, the stay was still acceptable. If they pay attention to the hygiene details mentioned above, I believe it would be even better. I chose Quanji specifically because of its brand reputation, despite having many other hotels to choose from.

Beyond expectations! I booked on two different platforms, and the front desk upgraded my room for free. It had a big window with a great view and excellent soundproofing. The room was very clean. The only minor issue was the motion-sensor light by the door, which would turn on at night if I got up, but it's a small detail that doesn't detract from the overall experience. Service: They have a laundry room, and the cleanliness was superb. I honestly think it's better than some hotels in Chengdu's city center. Environment: It's about 1.4 kilometers from the scenic spot entrance, a convenient ten-minute taxi ride.

Facilities: The hotel is newly renovated, with complete facilities and voice intelligence in the whole house, which is better than the Hanting 4.0 Hotel. The standard rooms are all 1.35m beds. The location is excellent, very close to the Jiuzhaigou entrance, and the surrounding environment is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are spotless, and all the facilities are complete and easy to use. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and provided warm service. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

I'm not a shill, this is a genuine review. The guesthouse has a great location. If you take the Jiuzhai tour bus, you can get off at Zangwang Station and it's a two-minute walk from there. The surrounding area is bustling with amenities like KFC and Starbucks. It's also very close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, about a 15-minute walk. The room was clean and tidy, with complimentary snacks and fruit, and disposable bath towels and face towels. There's a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak or foot bath after exploring the scenic area. The bed and duvet were very comfortable. The staff were warm and polite.

After speaking with the lovely front desk staff, they kindly extended our check-out time until 3:30 PM, which was absolutely wonderful! 🥰🥰🥰 Everything about our stay was fantastic. We didn't want a corner room, and they upgraded our room type! The hotel is also very close to the park entrance and the bus stop!

The hotel was located near the jiuzhaigo scenic area, from the hualongjiuzhai you need to take public transportation such as Bus (for 51 yuan per person) or mini bus - around 6 people (for 60 yuan person). For the mini bus, the driver will drop you off in front of the hotel. While if you take the bus, you need to walk around 5-15 minutes, depend on your speed, in my case, I walked with 3 big luggages and with my parents. The staff is really kind, when we do not how to reach the hotel from the Huanglongjiuzhai, they help to arrange the mini bus for us. The hotel was really clean, and comfortable. The location from the scenic area of jiuzhaigo is not really far, around 20-30 minutes, by walking distance. Nearby the hotel area there are several restaurants for us to have breakfast/lunch / dinner. Even souvenir shop. Try the yak meat/ yak cheese for your experience!

The hotel offers free luggage storage. The front desk staff kindly offered to store our bags for us since we were going to the scenic area the next day, which I found incredibly thoughtful. The room was spacious and very clean. There's also a pool table and gym equipment on the 3rd floor. I'm very satisfied with this stay.

Although the room is not big, it is very clean. It is really cold in the morning and evening at the end of November. There is air conditioning and floor heating. The floor heating is still quite warm for a while. The sound insulation effect is poor, and someone stays at night and listens very clearly, especially if there are children, it is noisy. Considering the location and cost performance, it is still very possible.
