Hotels in Jiuzhaigou's Eternal Love, Jiuzhaigou

My first impression of the hotel was quite good. The front desk staff was very kind and even helped me carry my luggage upstairs. The replies from the concierge via WeChat were also very prompt. However, I have a complaint about the late check-out. Ctrip offers a late check-out until 2 PM. I messaged the concierge asking if I could extend it by just half an hour, but they absolutely refused. They told me that new guests were checking in at 2 or 3 PM the next day. But when I checked the booking site, there were still empty rooms of the same type available for sale the next day. Why were they in such a rush to get me out if they weren't fully booked? The funniest part was when they said, ”You're supposed to check out at 12 PM anyway, we already extended it to 2 PM for you.” Am I supposed to thank them for that? What's the point of Ctrip offering a 2 PM late check-out then? Also, there were yellow stains on the pillow, and after sleeping on it, my neck turned red.

This hotel is really great! The front desk staff was so welcoming during check-in, and Lily even thoughtfully provided a hotel guide. We arrived a bit late and hadn't had dinner, so Lily helped us order some late-night snacks, which were absolutely delicious! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the room even came with a humidifier. The soundproofing is excellent, making for a very quiet stay. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. We had a comfortable stay, and the room was clean with no strange odors. Highly recommend!~~~

The hotel is right next to Jiuzhai Paradise Park (Jiuzhai Qianguqing), just a few steps away. The environment is great, the whole room is smart, and it's very comfortable to stay in. The staff are enthusiastic. Perhaps because it's the off-season, there isn't much to explore nearby, but you can order takeout, which is quite affordable. Downsides: There was a bit of dust on the headboard and remote control. I'm not sure if it was from open windows or something else. The hotel is also a bit far from the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The hotel doesn't have a direct shuttle, and if you take a taxi yourself, ride-hailing apps like Didi don't work here; you have to hail a cab. My taxi to the scenic area cost 20 yuan, and the driver picked up other passengers along the way (laughing emoji). The taxi back to the hotel cost 25 yuan, and this time I was the only passenger taken directly. Given it's a scenic area, it's understandable. Once you agree on a price, there's no mid-journey price increase or being dropped off halfway, which is quite reassuring. The hotel's security is very good, and I had a pleasant stay. For transportation, it would be even better if they could add a direct shuttle service.

Traveling to Jiuzhaigou with my parents, although it's a bit of a distance from the scenic area, it's very convenient to get to other places by taxi. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the scenic area, which takes less than ten minutes. After a long day of walking, being able to hop on the shuttle right outside the park and go back to the hotel was incredibly satisfying! We stayed for two nights and the hotel gave us a complimentary hot pot meal, which was delicious. When we checked out, the front desk staff were so friendly, offering us cookies and warm water! My parents also said this trip was a fantastic experience!

I was traveling to Jiuzhaigou with some elderly relatives from out of town and was worried they might suffer from altitude sickness or feel unwell due to the dry climate, which would ruin their trip. So, I specifically booked a large double room and a deluxe triple room at the Vienna International Hotel, thinking the reasonable price and good environment would satisfy them. To my surprise, we had an unexpected treat! Xiao Ge at the front desk was so enthusiastic and thoughtful. Seeing that there were available rooms, she upgraded us to a deluxe family suite for free. The 1+1 suite was much more spacious with three larger, more comfortable beds, which made my elderly relatives very happy. In the morning, around 7:00 AM when it was still dark, I accidentally locked the bathroom door. The maintenance staff responded incredibly quickly and came up to open it for us in no time. After breakfast, there was a dedicated shuttle service to take guests to the park entrance. We only waited a short while before getting on the bus, and in just a few minutes, we were at the park entrance. It was even faster than my last stay at Bianbian Street! I really want to commend their thoughtful service.

Seriously, you guys, this hotel absolutely made my trip! The moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm lighting, the subtle fragrance, and the perfect soft music instantly melted away all my travel fatigue. The front desk staff handled my check-in super efficiently and were incredibly helpful. They briefly explained some important tips for exploring the scenic area and even recommended some great local restaurants and Instagrammable spots nearby. Walking into the room, it was so clean and bright, and the bedding was incredibly soft – like sleeping on a cloud. All the bathroom fixtures were from premium brands, with not a single water stain or smudge. The hotel's location is also unbeatable; right outside, you'll find tons of restaurants and shops, offering all sorts of local delicacies until you're stuffed. It's also close to popular attractions, just a few minutes by taxi – super convenient! I honestly can't find a single flaw with this stay; the staff were warm and professional. I'd call this the pinnacle of hotels! Next time I'm in the area, I'm definitely staying here again!

For my trip to Jiuzhaigou, I chose the Jiuzhai Mushan Hotel. It was really comfortable, and I loved being able to use their hot springs. The breakfast had a good variety, and they even offered a shuttle service to the scenic area, which was super convenient and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying at Mushan Hotel!

The room was clean and spacious, and the underfloor heating was incredibly warm – almost too warm at night! The hot water pressure was great, and the screen casting feature worked perfectly. Breakfast in the morning was also very good! They even provide a shuttle service to the entrance of the scenic area. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one truly offers incredible value for money. I'm really satisfied and will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is massive and ideally located, very close to tourist attractions. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could need and a vibrant local atmosphere. The overall design is grand and luxurious, with spacious rooms. The most impressive feature is the high-ceilinged glass lobby, over 20 meters tall, with lush greenery and water features, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. Overall, it offers great value for money and is definitely worth staying at!

The sheets and duvet covers were spotless and soft, the bathroom was private, and all toiletries were provided. The owner was kind and offered polite and patient service, which I really appreciate and highly recommend. The terrace is amazing, I'll definitely be back!
