Hotels in Longkang, Jiuzhaigou

We came to the hotel and there was a power outage so we couldn’t check in, we had to wait in the lobby until it got fixed. The staff was very nice and offered us water and a warm place to sit. When we checked in we learned that there is no gym, which disappointed us because we booked the hotel because of the pictures advertised online of the gym. When we went down to the hot springs in the evening, they suddenly were reminded to tell us that because of the power outage from earlier there was not enough electricity to warm the hot springs today so they were not going to open. Now we were really angry because both the amenities that were advertised online were not available to us so there was no reason to make this price rightful, as it is not even close to the central area where there are restaurants and the entrance to the park. The very nice lady at the desk saw that we were disappointed so she offered to give us a discount or free dinner, the good thing about this hotel is really the staff. The breakfast was also good.

Traveling to Jiuzhaigou with elders and children, I spent a long time choosing a hotel. Finally, considering factors like scenery, price, negative review rate, convenience, and whether same-day checkout was possible, I opted for this guesthouse. I went in with the mindset that I'd switch hotels if I wasn't satisfied, but by dinner, my family unanimously decided to extend our stay. Pros: The hotel's decor is beautiful; the yard is spacious, and the kids had a great time; breakfast is thoughtfully prepared; disposable towels and bath sheets were provided; the drinks and cookies at the mini-bar received universal praise; the shuttle service to and from the parking lot and scenic area is convenient and quick; there's a washing machine and dryer, so it wasn't a big deal when the kids accidentally wet their clothes. Cons: It's a bit of a distance (over 800 meters) from pharmacies and the food street. Normally, walking there and back is fine, but it's less convenient with kids or if someone is ill. However, you can call a taxi, and it will pick you up right at the hotel entrance. This minor inconvenience doesn't overshadow the overall experience. I didn't take any photos of the hotel; the ones on Ctrip are accurate. I've attached a few beautiful photos of Jiuzhaigou instead – I definitely need to visit again in this lifetime! (The following is a personal rant and has nothing to do with Lujing.) PS: Avoid – at the bottom of the slope near the hotel, there's a lodging + restaurant called 'Zangxiang Fengqing' (******* Aroma style, I think). The owner enthusiastically invited us to eat, but the BBQ was incredibly salty… After finishing the hot pot set meal, my child wanted more pork belly, but the restaurant said it wasn't possible to order à la carte, and then they couldn't issue an invoice either.

The room was spotless, and the hotel provided a shuttle service from the station, so we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. If you plan your travel to avoid peak traffic, it only takes about ten minutes to get to the scenic spots. One morning, there were many guests heading to the scenic area at the same time. Our driver noticed we were a bit cramped and thoughtfully arranged for an additional vehicle to take some of us separately. Their consideration was exceptional. When dropping us off at the station, he even told us we could call him anytime if we had any issues. It was a truly pleasant travel experience! Highly recommended!

Welcome Fruit: The fruit was very fresh, I had oranges in my room which were a lifesaver for motion sickness. Service: There's a shuttle service from the hotel to scenic spots, and the butler even turns on the underfloor heating for you in advance. Cleanliness: It was clean and tidy, and they provided disposable face towels.

An absolutely wonderful room! **Amenities:** There's underfloor heating, and even though it snowed the day I arrived, the room was incredibly warm! A kind young lady helped me bring my luggage to the room door! The projector in the room was super clear, making for a very comfortable stay. **Environment:** The entire room was exceptionally clean and tidy! All toiletries were disposable, and even face towels were provided. After a long day of travel, I had a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep. **Service:** The breakfast was delicious! The auntie's noodles were very fragrant, and the coffee was excellent too. The uncle's pick-up and drop-off service was perfectly on time, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My recent trip to Jiuzhaigou was an unforgettable family adventure. We set off in the early morning, eager to explore the breathtaking landscapes that this UNESCO World Heritage site is famous for. Our first stop was the stunning 长海 (Chang Hai), which truly took my breath away. The vibrant colors and serene atmosphere made it the highlight of our visit. After soaking in the beauty of 长海, we followed the signs and ventured down to discover more scenic spots. Each new view was more magnificent than the last, showcasing the unique features of Jiuzhaigou's natural beauty. Around 10:30 AM, we made our way to the center of the park, where we found a variety of food options. The food was delightful, and it caters to different tastes. I decided to try some dumplings, which were delicious and a perfect way to refuel for the rest of our exploration. At noon, we hopped on a bus to the other side of the park, which was equally enchanting, filled with more beautiful scenes and tranquil lakes to admire. We wrapped up our day by returning to the Jiuzhaigou entrance around 4 PM. Overall, the experience was incredible, combining breathtaking scenery with delicious food and quality family time. I highly recommend visiting Jiuzhaigou to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Facilities: The guesthouse is well-equipped, and the room is very large and spacious. There's even an electric blanket in the bedding, so it's not cold during winter stays. The bedding is very comfortable, and the owner also provides free ******* clothing for photos. Hygiene: The room is cleaned daily, and the entire space is very clean. Environment: The guesthouse is a traditional Tibetan-style dwelling, which is very unique. The room has a terrace, so on good weather days, you can enjoy the surrounding mountain views and sunbathe, and at night, you can stargaze. Service: Free ******* and Hanfu clothing for cultural experience. In the morning, the owner arranges a car to take you to the entrance of the scenic area, which is very thoughtful. Overall, five-star review!

The butler service was exceptional and incredibly warm. From booking the hotel to checking in and checking out, their meticulous service truly deserves high praise. After we booked, they arranged a car to pick us up from the high-speed rail station, and the next day they took us to the scenic spot and picked us up again after our visit. Their thoughtful gestures really made us feel welcome while away from home. This is also a hot spring hotel with a thermal bath, which we unfortunately didn't book this time. The lovely butler told us the hot spring water comes from a pure, natural mountain spring. We definitely need to experience it next time when we bring my parents. Overall, this B&B offers great service and well-appointed facilities. We received complimentary welcome fruits, enjoyed a rich breakfast, and coffee was available 24 hours a day for free. We booked a mountain view room, and the mountain scenery outside the window was absolutely captivating, creating a wonderful and memorable experience. It truly deserves a thumbs up!

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. I arrived late at around 9pm local time but was still greeted warmly by the owner with a nice ******* greeting with white shawl. They offered us some fruits and refreshments as well. Room was heated. It was negative 3 degrees outside but it was comfortable inside. I booked a family room and it was spacious, comfortable well equiped with voice AI , toilet was clean and well equiped There was also different activities as as mini zoo musical instrument learning, painting and a library. Highly recommended for families as well as those planning for an escape from the hustle and to immerse into nature.

The owner is incredibly nice and accommodating; you can communicate any needs you have with them. The guesthouse itself is beautifully decorated in an authentic ******* style. The rooms are well-equipped, and they offer complimentary shuttle service to and from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, including pick-up and drop-off at the bus station, on demand. They also have a variety of ******* traditional clothing that guests can try on and take photos with for free, which turns out great. Plus, there's a friendly cat at the guesthouse. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
