For a city dweller, this homestay nestled in the mountains was a wonderful escape. The room was comfortable and well equipped, what was most remarkable was the beautiful scenery surrounding the place. Just a short walk away is a plain with horses and cows grazing away peacefully, I wish I spent more time exploring more of the mountains! Service at the home stay was sincere, efficient and well coordinated by Ms 袁琪文 and her staff. The yak noodle soup at breakfast was really delightful and comforting!

The service is unmatchable. Genuinely helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and clean with modernised equipment. Shower room is separate from WC. Amenities well provided for. WC is equipped with bidet similar to those in Japan. Breakfast is a simple fare of soup noodles with hard boiled eggs, sweet potato and corn. You can pre-order dinner. We had a yak hotpot with lots of local mushrooms. It was delicious. Once you reach Huanglongjiuzhai Station, board a bus bound for Shengdi Huamei. Then call hotel for pickup which is a mere 5mins but on a sloppy road therefore with luggages will be challenging. The 4-storey property is beautiful and opened in Aug 2024. We didn’t have tickets for Jiuzhaigou and Dangzhen went all the out to assist us for 2days of entry. We feel so much gratitude for his sincere concern. On your first night, there will be a briefing on how to best enjoy your walk . After park walk, can have dinner near entrance and call hotel to fetch you back. About 20-30mins ride. No one speaks English here though. Dangzhen also assisted us to purchase bus tickets back to station and fetched us to bus-stop. We will definitely return to stay with you when we visit Jiuzhaigou. You won’t regret your decision. Shoehorn and wall hooks for towels/coat will be useful. Thank you for a memorable stay. We will never forget your kindness.

Really satisfied with this hotel. All the staff were very accomodating even though there’s language barrier between us. The staff even offered to bring you snacks at night. The cleaning staff always greeted you in the morning. They also provide free transfer with premium MPV to the national park. The room was clean, all the amenities were there as stated and they even served you with free apples and oranges in the room. All in all, I would definitely come here again in the future and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Stayed for two nights we really enjoyed it.

Loved our stay, would definitely stay here again if we came back to Chengdu. The decor was simple, room was clean and spacious. Free (great flat white) coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Tucked away in a quote street with locals and plenty of eateries around.

Conrad is still Conrad, amazing as usual. The breakfast is good, the buggy driver is handsome 😍

A little inaccessible. But not a problem taking a Didi to tourist spots. Has an awesome roasted lamb place within walking distance! And a convenience store just across the carpark. Beds are comfortable and room spacious. Shower is warm! Receptionists were quite cold, but the dining hall staff were helpful. Connecting to the WiFi was also a problem, maybe a problem for foreigners.

It's a newly opened hotel, but the facilities are quite complete, the shuttle service is timely, and the breakfast is quite plentiful.

I had such a pleasant stay at this hotel because of how well equipped it was . Toiletries are provided including fresh bedroom slippers . The housekeeper cleans the rooms daily , changing out towels . If you drive an electric car there’s even a charging station at the second parking lot of the hotel . It’s very convenient . There are also a few restaurants just a walk away from the hotel which very good food . It is also a pet friendly hotel! I brought my cat with me and my cat seemed to be very comfortable too! The hotel’s breakfast also has a lot of options so if you don’t want to have to worry about finding food this hotel is a good choice . The staff is also impeccably efficient ! They attend to every issue you have almost instantly . And if you come during winter you have to try out the hotel’s hot spring!
