manxin properties in Jiuzhaigou

This hotel and its staff are absolutely wonderful. I was initially torn between staying at Quanji or Manxin, but then I realized Manxin was much closer to the scenic spots, and they could even help arrange transportation. The staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly kind. They proactively upgraded our room, and when they found out it was my mom's birthday, they even prepared a surprise for her! The room was super comfortable and clean. Thumbs up!

This stay far exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star experience! What really impressed me was the meticulous attention to detail in the service. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, taking the time to recommend local dining spots and sightseeing routes. Everyone I encountered had a smile on their face, which made the whole experience feel incredibly warm. Room comfort was absolutely top-notch. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin – I instantly felt all my fatigue melt away. The soundproofing was a pleasant surprise; I couldn't hear any outside noise at all. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was bright and tidy. The toiletries provided were of high quality, and even the Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast. The location is also impeccable, making it very convenient to get to Jiuzhaigou. The hotel offers a shuttle service with departures at 7:00 AM and 7:40 AM – those are the only two times I remember. From check-in to check-out, the entire stay was comfortable. I couldn't find a single fault with the service, facilities, or location. Excellent value for money. Jiuzhaigou is absolutely stunning!
