Vienna Hotel properties in Jiuzhaigou

Recently renovated, so it's super clean and tidy, with a full set of toiletries provided. You can also do laundry and use the gym. The twin beds in the standard room have wheels underneath, making it easy to move them around, which is great for families traveling with children.

I really don’t want to give a bad review. The hotel is newly built and the sanitary environment is acceptable. When I checked in, I specifically asked the front desk for two quiet rooms, but one was given to the one next to the elevator. I didn’t change it for the trouble, but the other one was available until midnight. I was woken up by a burst of noise. I thought it was a new guest upstairs. After enduring it for half an hour, I asked the front desk and found out that the room upstairs was a chess and card room. It didn't stop until about 4 o'clock in the morning. They said the room was full and there was no way to solve it. I was really unhappy.
