Although the hotel is located slightly away from the main Jiuzhaigou scenic areas, the staff more than make up for it with their exceptional service. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The staff even offered to drive me to nearby places within a 5km radius of the hotel and assisted me with purchasing bus tickets (of course, I reimbursed them). They also created a WeChat group to facilitate communication during my stay, which made everything very convenient. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast, as the variety was somewhat limited. That said, I have no real complaints at all. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful service provided by the hotel team.

The room was fantastic, really spacious! You can tell the owner put a lot of effort into the decor; it has a very stylish vibe. The hotel service was excellent too. The butler proactively added me on WeChat early on and even greeted me at the entrance upon arrival. I was completely satisfied with everything. Next time I'm in Jiuzhai, I'll definitely consider staying two nights, which would make the experience even better. I'd suggest the owner consider offering pick-up and drop-off services to the scenic area entrance for guests staying two nights, as getting a taxi out of Jiuzhai at night might not be very convenient.

What surprised me most about this trip was that the beautiful scenery of Jiuzhaigou was the homestay I stayed in these days, and the cloud was hidden. If it is not self-driving, the high-speed rail station to the homestay can help us make an appointment to pick up the car and go directly to the homestay to avoid taking the black car. The staff service in the store is super warm. Will take the initiative to help us carry our luggage, what needs to be given to us in the first time, the children will also send an extra breakfast, will also tell us what is fun and delicious around, the soup pot in the store is also very delicious, the portion is sufficient! Come here to eat food outside, want to eat some light plain noodles, tell the housekeeper to cook plain noodles for us at night, really super considerate and warm, the environment of the homestay is also very good, the room is very warm, the decoration style is also very unique, the beauty business is online! The WiFi was fast, hot water supply was ample, and the toiletries were of good quality. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Overall: The room was spacious and very tidy, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The bed was huge, and there were plenty of working power outlets in the room. Facilities: The air conditioning was adjustable central AC, and the temperature was easy to control. We visited in winter, and the room was very warm. There was a projector in the room connected to the internet, so you could turn it on and play live streams directly, which was a great experience. The toilet was smart, so finally, no more cold seats in winter – pure bliss! However, I do have a minor point: when the auxiliary spotlights in the room and the small spotlights in the bathroom were all on, they would flicker. Also, the shower head holder in the bathroom was broken, so you had to hold it while showering, but this didn't affect the shower experience at all. Service: When we first arrived, we didn't realize it was a walk-up building (no elevator), so the owner personally helped carry our luggage to the door. We chose this hotel, of course, because it's close to Jiuzhaigou, making it convenient to get there. The owner provides a dedicated shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou. As soon as you check in, they'll ask for your planned time to the scenic area the next day and arrange the pick-up/drop-off vehicle, which is punctual. Plus, after leaving the scenic area, you can just call the owner for a pickup, which is flexible and convenient – truly an unexpectedly great service, so thoughtful! It significantly enhanced our trip experience. So, I specially wrote this review to thank the owner for their service and the guest room.
