周圍都是本地人常去的小館子。房間和網上圖片基本一致，裝修偏簡約原木風，打掃得挺乾淨。房東很貼心，提前發了詳細的路線圖和入住指南

房間相對來説還是比較寬敞的，老闆娘葉比較熱情，但因為在馬路邊，晚上有些吵，最不能忍受的是晚上一直從一樓廚房飄進來炸魚還是燒魚的魚腥味，十多點鐘了，這個味道依然不散，哪怕窗門緊閉，都無濟於事對我這個不吃魚聞不得魚腥味的是個極大的考驗！

房間總體衞生狀況還可以，性價比較高，樓下停車方便，節假日車位緊張，但可以在道路兩側停車。步行3分鐘左右可以直達龍川景區。

訂的觀景房，地理位置和視野都很好，窗外有小池塘，旁邊是龍川的胡宗憲故居，圖片是房間裏拍的的視角。我們帶了小狗，住宿和景區對小狗都很友好。

房間小設施不怎麼好的也能理解了，龍川景區附近幾乎都是這種樓下吃飯樓上住宿的自營店。但是那個洗澡水忽涼忽燙誰能懂啊！洗一個澡要不停調水温。提供的塑料拖鞋看着也臟臟的。優點是離龍川景區半價近吧步行幾分鐘就能到，價格也相對別的暴漲的酒店來説適中，並且有停車位。看個人取捨吧，總體就是還能接受。
