Very comfortable boutique hotel. Nicely decorated and refurbished from the ancient decor. Modern and updated amenities. Short walk into the center of town. Wonderful breakfast included. Village has good sites to walk around for for the half-day. Staff were accommodating to arrival.

The hotel and staff were very nice. They helped us find a restaurant and showed us how to get into the old town. There it was also pleasant to look around. Very nice and helpful people. Breakfast was great! A lot of local food traditions.

A wonderful find in Jixi, Anhui! We had a fantastic stay at the Jixi Dengyuan Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel has clearly been recently renovated and it shows. Everything feels fresh, clean, and modern, making for a very comfortable stay. It is clear a lot of care has gone into the refurbishment. The staff were absolutely outstanding. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, they made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. That kind of hospitality really elevates a stay. The location near the Dengyuan River Bridge is also a great bonus, putting you within easy reach of the local scenery and attractions that make Jixi such a special destination. We will definitely be back. If you are heading to Jixi, this hotel is an easy choice!

After walking the Huihang Ancient Trail in two days, it was quite pleasant. I felt a little tired. I stayed in Xiaxuetang Village in the middle for one night and took a bath. I felt relaxed all over. Although the accommodation conditions are average, you can't ask too much for a farmhouse. After all, in the middle of the mountains, supplies are really inconvenient. The boss and his wife are nice people, and they tried their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible under the limited conditions. For dinner, we also ate in the store and ordered 8 dishes. We recommend the braised local chicken and small fish. Those who have never tried stinky mandarin fish can also try it. The price is reasonable and fair. We also opened a bottle of the local Hu's Banquet wine collected by the boss. This wine is good and I recommend trying it.

Great location, just next to the Huihang trail entrance. We ate dinner and breakfast which were both delicious. The hosts are nice and accommodating and the rooms are clean and spacious.

Very helpful and friendly host. Very good service too. Highly recommended. Had an enjoyable stay with many beautiful historic sites.
