"The superior deluxe rooms only have a balcony that overlooks the back roof of a house and the conservation of the deluxe apartments is terrible. Furthermore, there is a construction site next door that is very noisy and I couldn't even rest after a long night of traveling. . I had to move to another accommodation category and asked for a refund without success. It has nothing to do with the BOOKING photos. In fact, I complained to BOOKING and the refund request was not answered."

"Not informed the charge of the parking 15 reals every day,we were placed in a room with the broken lock,which caused us great disturbances,which always had to go to the reception for the kid of maintenance to come open, On the second day I almost asked the timetable of being in the hospital that my daughter would surgery,they couldn't open,I went and asked PQ not to exchange our room,for the constraint,they finally did.Bathroom with vacuum in the new room, this stay was a chaos ..."

"My room was very rundown, especially the bathroom. The safety did not work. Not a very comfortable place to be at. A simple process of checking us in on our prepaid reservation took more than 10 minutes. Check out was also very slow. Cleaning stuff for very friendly and did their best. A cleaning staff was also very helpful when she saw that my key card didn’t work anymore – she left me into my room – but that also showed me that security is not a high priority at this place. When I came in after dinner and walked to the reception desk, I asked them to reprogram my key – again, no questions asked, not even my name. The breakfast buffet is large and they offer freshly made eggs and tapioca - generally I would’ve appreciated healthier food options though."
