Today on 12/05/24 i went with my friends for pool . I kept my shoes in shoe rack . When I came back after some time my shoes were lost . I did complain but no action was taken and I was told to keep on shoes while swimming in pool . They ignore it totally What should I do ??????????

The worst experience I have ever had Poor and low quality food stinking delivered and cleanliness you can see in video on my instagram and staff was disgusting misbehaved with ladies and children pool was very ugly
