The hotel was away from the city, but that actually turned out to be a positive since it was away from the busy crowds and very quiet. It has an old-school resort vibe, with older furniture and an overall oldish feel, so it’s not very grand or modern. That said, it’s well kept and very relaxing. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful resort and don’t mind older-style surroundings, this is a very good option. Plus a mall with sufficent amount of food and shops and a big supermarket

Repeat again at this hotel as we loved to stay here. Booked One Bedroom Suites but was upgraded to Two Bedroom Suites 😍 Appreciated so much as this trip is a reward to our kids. Breakfast as usual, great because for me the food spread was enough and everything is delicious. All the staff are helpful and the Chefs are friendly. The pool, kids loves it so much. They added this Snake Ladder game at the pool area is great. My kids tried once. Looking for coming back for the next school holiyay! 🎉 See ya again 🤍

It was good staycation. One day worthy. our families enjoy it so much. Staff was amazingly provide excellent service. Staff En. Abdullah attend to me pleasantly. The room was feels like home. Will go again definitely. We was having dinner at Qing palace the food was fresh and yummy. Seafood is fresh. Fried oysters is a must try dish. Ufff my son ordered second round. Buffets is unlimited meals but serve to your table like ala carte. Price is affordable of coz. The pool with water slides. My kids love it so much

Amenities was good with a few swimming pools to choose. Breakfast was fine with daily changes to the meals served. Service was good.

The environment was peaceful. I have an impression that the resort is near the beach unfortunately not. Since it's an old hotel not that well maintained. Need to do more maintenance to keep it well. There is a leak in the toilet and the AC is noisy, the technician came and fixed it after a night of noise. It would be nice if there was a kids pool The breakfast is not that fancy it's a normal menu. After all a decent stay. Thanks.

The hygiene was poor; the inside edge of the sink was covered in stains, and there were also obvious stains on the sheets.

Beautiful place, really enjoyed it. The breakfast was delicious too.

Satisfactory: Friendly staffs everywhere and they were helpful with our request. Nice and reasonable food at Qing restaurant. Breakfast buffet was acceptable. Lunch at Cinta restaurant were average as the spaghetti were nice but the beef steak was not handled well. The kids loved the pool. Disappointed: Several amenities are no longer available like ktv, cineplex, golf. The pool table and billiards are located at the lobby area of the recreational facility which is hot as the aircon is at minimum level.

Good experience with buffet breakfast and buffet Chinese food.
