nice location, nice room, nice service. I have tried to mop the table and found it was clean, so i am sure they did clean the table, which is nice. Only disadvantage is no hot water for drinking tea.

The room wasn't ready during checkin time as earlier customer checked out late. Check-in through machine although there are plenty of staff at the reception area. Do prepare RM50 in cash as deposit for the machine. I think they are lacking of housekeeping staff as I went out early the next day and requested for housekeeping, but when I was back at 2:30pm, the room was not in a tidy shape. Asked the housekeeper and she said she is waiting for clean linens. Sound proofing wasn't great but lucky that I don't face too many noisy guests during my stay . Overall, it is a good stay with comfortable bed.

The first room I stayed in had no window, so it was a bit dark. I booked another two nights for a room with a window, and that was much brighter. The location is very convenient for visiting family at the nearby hospital. Overall, it was pretty good.

I select the quiet room but this is not the quiet room and I wake up on 6am like that bcs so noisy I cannot sleep back, I think the sound is come from there…But for another think is okay for me

The automated self-check-in kiosk makes arrivals super efficient. Smooth and direct communication with the front desk ladies and the midnight shift guy who are extremely privacy- and confidentiality-focused, since the majority of business here involves casual hookups and discreet activities. The rooms are cozy, touch of luxury, and has very nice interior design compared to others, and my room type has the windows thats add a very nice alley view. Sound insulation for my room type felt less serious due to extra layers of protection. Also, the machine requirement in cash RM50 for deposit was a bit troublesome. Overall it delivered a pleasant multi-night stay.
