Great location. Clean and functional. Has some nice touches like the stuff in the lobby. Comfortable bed. The room was stuffy and needs better ventilation and maybe dehumidifier and some scent. The check-in lady was super nice but the check-out one was not very friendly.

The road outside the hotel is currently under construction, making it a bit dirty. The hotel interior seems to have been recently painted, as there's a very strong odor. Luckily, the smell is less noticeable in the room, which otherwise looks decent. The location is excellent, close to JB Sentral and within walking distance to customs. There's also a shopping mall and Haidilao nearby.

Good but the road infront of the hotel is closed. Hotel should inform earlier. Iron board should always be available for every room not 1pcs per floor.

Convenient location near City Square. MRT construction nearby, so sometimes a bit noisy. But overall still a good stay!
