R&F Princess Cove by FUJU with Seaview at JBCC【Adjacent to Singapore+5 mins to ClQ+Free Parking】

This place by the company Fuju provide the best service than other Princess Cove company because they have Staff like Quan, the best service ever. He is one of the reason i keep coming back to stay under Fuju Apartments. Everything are well organized and plan without me have to worry about.

Excellent location and have a pleasant stay with family. If the apartment can have two toilets it would be good as everyday we need to take turn to use the only one toilet which was quite stressful for all 😅 and the soundproof can be better as we are the light sleeper, can hear the conservation from next door or outside corridor. Love the view and sunset.

The 2 bedroom stay for 4D3N was excellent. The room is very clean and well maintained. Sea view is awesome and can see checkpoint traffic towards woodland or to Johor in real-time. There's also a R&F mall accessible via level 8. The check-in process is easy as well. Just need to go to carpark entrance where the mailbox can be accessed directly to pickup the room access card after keying the password. Instructions were given on the day of rental start. The property response was quick and we were able to put our luggage temporarily at their office after checkout at 12pm. Overall is a excellent choice if you want to go CIQ, JBCC which is accessible through a 650m bridge from R&F mall. Taking grab to various shopping center like KSL city mall is easy as well from R&F mall grab pickup point near Southgate exit of the mall.

The staff exhibited exceptional amiability and provided outstanding support. Upon arrival, the room's flooring was observed to be dusty. This observation was communicated to the staff, and a cleaning service was subsequently arranged for the following day. The air conditioning unit presented considerable noise, even when operating in its quiet mode. This condition should be noted for individuals who are sensitive to noise during sleep. I was disturbed at 8:00 AM by the repeated forceful closing of the refuse room door, which occurred on at least three distinct occasions.

The room is clean and comfortable with good facilities. Location is good such that it’s within walking distance from CIQ. Security is high. The RF mall also has good restaurants and cafes. Worth staying. However the toilet flush is not strong and have to flush a few times. The heater is also not that hot, need to wait. This time the response from the management also slower as I have to wait till 5plus pm to get the room and password, after i prompt them to send me.

Clean, great accommodation and view. Resolved problem fast. Check in is very smooth and seamless. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.
