Great location and the rooms are new and clean..comfortable for a group of 5...value for money...I will surely rebook again for my JB outing....Staff are friendly....only 1 issue...swimming pool cleaning did not get a chance to use...not sure why they schedule clean on a weekend.....

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! I originally booked a queen room, but to my surprise and delight, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded me to two rooms for free. It was a wonderful surprise and truly touched me. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the space was very comfortable. The overall atmosphere was relaxing. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and they handled things efficiently, making the entire check-in process very smooth. This experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance and will also recommend it to my friends!

All the staff was helpful there from check in to check out. Especially Samuel who is of great help. Meanwhile as the bldg is still new, there will be some noises here and there from the renovation in other units, which is beyond their control. Earplugs provided is a plus point. Will stay again for my next trip with them.

Pretty affordable for a short stay in JB. Place is really convenient, with free parking. However, sewage smell is slightly strong especially in the toilet but cleanliness is okay on the overall. Amenities are quite sufficient as well.

24 hrs security guards at the lift lobby. The apartment is clean and nice view from the room. Strongly recommended to stay in this new apartment.

Friendly staff (Jason)! Prompt response for enquiries during the stay via WhatsApp! Room was clean but was abit small. Walkable to KSL mall, very convinent, many food options nearby. Smooth check in and out! Good for small group travel or staycay! Would definitely revisit again!
