The parking is always available, the room and the bathroom are clean and comfortable. i would recommend this place to anyone.

iBilik ("bilik" means "room") Hotel, part of Swing & Pillows, is hands down unquestionably the best value for money place to stay in Johor Bahru. It's also one of the cleanest. Umar is the personal embodiment of "hospitality" and is a shining light and example in Visit Malaysia 🇲🇾 Year 2026. Even the single rooms are big enough for solo travellers with luggage and shopping. Beds are clean and the rooms have everything you need. WiFi is fast and stable. Aircon is very effective. Shower has hot water. Water cooler plus iron and ironing board available on each floor. What more do you need for a few days stay? Highly recommended.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was pleasant. The staff were very helpful and responsive. We mentioned an issue with the water pressure and the staff promptly assisted us by changing our room. He also followed up to ensure the water pressure and heater were working well in the new room. Really appreciate the attentive service and quick solution😊

Room is quite clean. Nice and good. Need to bring your own Tooth paste and tooth brush.

It is consider a very budget hotel, room is very small for a standard king bedroom, no windows, squeeze and cramped for 2 people, so try to limit your movement, however room is quite clean, many parking spaces, near highway, convenient to travel around, but poor sound proof, can hear next door noises clearly so can be quite disturbing at night, there is no breakfast provided.

Newly renovated hotel so aircon is strong, water pressure for shower is also strong. However there are no toiletries and hotel is next to an expressway. You will be able to hear traffic through the best earplugs, even late in the night as the expressway never sleeps.

Loved how clean and neat the room was. Bathroom was bright, and hygienic. Good lighting, comfortable bed, and quiet environment. Perfect for travellers who value cleanliness. Great service from Receptionist, Umar!
