Good location, but facilities and maintenance could be better
The location is definitely the biggest plus — it’s really convenient and just a turn away from KSL, with plenty of food and shops nearby. The apartment itself is generally clean and comfortable, making it a decent option for a short stay.
However, there were a few disappointments during our stay. The swimming pool was barricaded and unavailable when we were there, so that was one facility we couldn’t use. The karaoke room also requires advance booking, but when we asked about it, we weren’t given any information on how to make a booking. There is also a squash court and community room, but we weren’t sure how these facilities worked or whether they could be used by guests.
The room was generally clean, although we did notice a few strands of short hair on the bed that did not belong to any of us. The shower drainage also clogged quite easily, which was inconvenient. There was also a noticeable sewage smell when we first opened the apartment, so we had to use room spray to mask the smell.
Overall, it’s a reasonably comfortable place with a really good location, especially if you’re looking for somewhere close to KSL. I’d say it’s suitable for a 1–2 night stay, but the facilities and some maintenance issues could definitely be improved. The lack of clear information about the shared facilities was also a little frustrating.
