Helpful and kind front desk receptionists. Requested for the highest floor away from lift and traffic noises so they really gave me a nice unit facing city view, but the neighbour next door was quite noisy but that’s ok didn’t affect me much. Room was spacious but not clean, found strands on hair on the floor and in the bathroom. The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned properly too. As someone who is a cleanliness freak, it really affected my stay. TV has both local and singaporean channels and can also connect to Netflix, but the wifi was quite weak and slow but the maintenance came to fix that. Room amenities such as floor slippers, towels and dental kits were provided, however I found a small stain on the bath towel but that’s ok as there was a spare. The Airbnb is close to many nearby eateries and within walking distance to KSL, which was what I appreciated. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and peaceful sleep. Will revisit again on my day off! Kudos to the front desk staff for excellent guest services! 😍

Hotel is near KSL, and many eating places. Hence, you can eat breakfast in nearby eating places as the hotel does not provide breakfast. There is a swimming pool and gym at the 12th floor, and you have to bring your towels to the pool. A bit of smell from the toilet after shower, can be improved. Stayed here for two nights, somewhat satisfied. There is a Carton King Restaurant located at the 2nd floor. If you have time, go for a train ride!

Front desk service was great, the ladies provide clear instructions on check in and out. Room wise - just regular 1 bedder apartment and -1 star for hair found on the bedlinen and empty toothbrush wrapper which leaves us only with only 1 new toothbrush. Was given a high floor room at L42. There is a convenient shop at L2. Not for fussy sleeper… since the bed and pillow on the soft side.

Gym and swimming pool are CLOSED. The check in staff told us that the gym is closed for maintenance and that the swimming pool is open. The swimming pool is of green colour. See my photos attached. A cockcroach was swimming in the pool. That was a sight to behold.

Place is clean because is new, overall is good. Check in usually got a queue which clear quite fast. Overall is okay.

Really liked the location, near KSL (walking distance about 5-7min) and the room is clean. Do not expect hotel standards as this is just an apartment !

A stones throw away from KSL mall so an acceptable alternative to the hotel in the mall I'd say

Check-in was fast and everything was explained in details. Friendly staff. Alot of food choices surrounding the hotel. Can go KSL, holiday plaza, all are walking distance.
