Location are great. Near to KSL and many stuff possible to do. Food access / shopping ... etc... Room is clean and staff are still improving since its a rather new hotel. Things are improving. However gym room floor rubber smells horrible. Gym smells badd bad baddddd.... hope something can be done on this... Breakfast was decent ... can improve a bit of variation. quality is good so far.. Still a decent stay in general. Looking forward when things slowly improve and stable up to Novotel's standard

We decided to move away from Mount Austin as the traffic around St. Giles’ had become quite overwhelming. Since shopping malls aren’t really a priority for our family, returning to the KSL area felt like a better choice and we took the opportunity to stay at this newly open hotel. Heng Wah Kopitiam is just across the road for a great local breakfast to start the day and our regular massage parlour is conveniently located right around the corner.

My 3rd stay here, this time with my friends. We were given connecting rooms as requested and the housekeeping staff even helped us push the single beds in one of the rooms together. Novotel finally added a ventilator fan in the gym so that it wouldn’t be so stuffy. Convenient, clean and comfortable stay as always!

Prior to this stay, I had some concerns after seeing quite a number of negative reviews. However, based on my own experience, I actually had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located right beside KSL, and the room was clean and quiet. The only downside was that the toilet flush was a little difficult to use, as it required quite a bit of pressure to press the button. I will definitely come back tot this hotel again for my next visit to JB! (:

Newly opened with a fantastic location! Overall it's pretty good, but I wonder if it will stay this way in a few years. There's no bottled water, just a direct water dispenser.

overall was quite good. there are 3 lifts but 1 is out of service. pool is relatively shallow, and no pool bar yet. room is spacious and comfortable
