Recommend and value for money . Just the main windows for room 2120 not that clean as expected. Others was good . Breakfast was great taste and plenty of choice. They gift cookies upon check in .

I have stayed here a couple of times. All their staff are very helpful, efficient and accommodating - and always with a smile. We were hungry at night and called for room service which turned out to be excellent! The food is so delicious ! Also, our king bedroom is comfortable and spotless. This hotel will always be my first choice whenever I am staying overnight in JB.

This hotel is great! The service is excellent, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. The location is super convenient for business trips in the morning. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in town.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay here! We were warmly greeted by receptionist Aini if I’m not mistaken. We were extremely grateful when she gave is the early check in and birthday cake specially for my husband’s birthday. The room was extremely comfortable and the facilities provided by the hotel was amazing. To top it all off, the breakfast spread was too good to be true haha. The concept of having the infused and sugar syrup intrigued me!

Very clean hotel. Good service. Opted for a decoration service and it turns out beautiful. There’s a welcome cookie which is big 🥰 The buffet spread for breakfast is the best i ever had! I will definitely come again and try out their swimming pool.
