The wifi speed needs to improve as always connected but there is no traffic cannot transmit cannot receive.

My gf and me stayed here many times before. Our room is big and equipped with many amenities like hair dryer, kettle, tables and chairs, etc. The sliding shelf at the kettle cabinet proved to be quite useful, and the fridge is a tad bigger than most mini fridges in hotel rooms around the area. Although Wifi works well, the analog TV only plays local channels. Our window had a terrific view that features the ever-busy main road, which was interesting to watch. Perhaps the one grouse we had was the lack of a ventilation fan inside the toilet. Unlike most hotels, the room card doesn’t need to be inserted into the power slot so we had to manually off the switches in our room before leaving. Elevators can be used without scanning access cards too, which I find convenient but might be a concern for the security-conscious. The staff we interacted with are all polite and efficient in their work. Zai Rah, especially, was patient and professional even after we witnessed her being ranted at by a difficult customer. Happily, we can also walk to KSL Mall via a shortcut through the carpark in less than 15 min.

Staff at reception is helpful and professional. Swimming pool ok. Cafe breakfast is good. Staff there are doing a good job. Value for money. Ok for a short stay. A grand hotel in hardware. Maintenance is lacking. Bath tub is old. Bath curtain won’t cost too much to change. Toilet drainage smells. Restaurants are at the other side of the main road which means you have to climb the footbridge back and forth. Ten to fifteen min grab ride to Check point.

Location is good . Room just renovation . Room no maintenance very dirty . Towel dirty . Toilet dirty also. Need improved

This time can't gave the good view room, very disappointed Also can't gave the high floor Hotel room cup was too too small Can't make any hot drink, hope can change it

First stay after the recent renovation, the room become brighter and cleaner. Everything is just nice for a short staycation, staffs are approachable.

Had been staying in this hotel many times. Great location and many eateries nearby. Booked the newly renovated room.

Spacious & Clean room ! My first time staying in this hotel , KSL Mall is near & many eateries around . Buffet breakfast is decent & cheap . Stay for 2 nights with a Loud Aircon , lucky I got my earbuds with me , the Aircon cannot adjust to low fan & is high power all the way super cold !
