Very poor stay. Cockroaches were present in both the living room and bedroom. Slippers were provided so guests could deal with pests themselves. Living room faces a construction site, and bedrooms face the main road (near CIQ) with loud traffic noise all day and night.

Overall, the location is quite ideal. There is a shuttle bus to CIQ, and you can also easily get Grab if you do not want to wait for the shuttle. The tiles are clean, and the customer service is quite prompt. The room itself is very basic, so do not expect much. There were stains on the pillow and bedsheet. If you do not mind, then it is still manageable, but we personally found it a bit uncomfortable and did not really dare to use them. It might be better to bring your own toiletries just in case. It is fine for a short, basic stay, but if you do not mind paying a bit more, staying at a hotel would be more comfortable.

Big place and very convenient as the RNF mall has everything. The pool is big and the gym looks good but was not able to use it due to limited time. The customer service is easy to talk to. They can improve on the utensils though as there is only 1 pot available.

It's very nice place, we enjoy our stay even for 1 night, we definitely come back and stay again. Will likely recommend to our friends to stay. Very accessible and have place to shop and eat. Nice place and location.

The place was very accommodating when it comes to the check-in policies. Good location, walkable distance to JB Sentral and same location as R&F Mall. The pool is enjoyable, room is clean, comfortable, sufficient amenities and gives free snacks. Make sure you communicate well during check-in since there are a lot of towers available and can be difficult to find if you don’t know exactly which tower it is. All in all, a pleasant experience, would stay here again

Overall a nice and cozy room. Some improvement from shower, shampoo and pillow will be great.
