3 Stars is the exact rate of this hotel. The room was quiet and exactly as seen the display pictures. It is recommended if you are going to legoland on budget.

Nice hotel, my second time here and this time I took the Deluxe Double with windows. Room is spacious and clean, comfortable bed and pillows but shower was a bit leaky, so had to turn off the main. Parking was not too difficult and although they had reserved parking for free, there are only 2 lots.

During my recent work trip to Johor Bahru, I stayed at the Nusa Bistari Lavender Hotel, a small budget hotel that exceeded my expectations for the price. Despite being affordable, the room was clean and the bed was genuinely comfortable—exactly what I needed after long workdays outside. Since I spent most of my time on-site or traveling for meetings, I didn’t require luxury amenities, but the basics were handled exceptionally well. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was reliable enough for quick check-ins, and the location made it easy to get around. What really stood out, however, was the front desk staff. They were consistently warm, helpful, and welcoming, which added a personal touch that you don’t always find in budget accommodations. For anyone traveling to JB for work on a tight schedule and an even tighter budget, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It offers great value, a good night’s rest, and genuinely friendly service without any unnecessary frills.

room is clean, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. There are banks nearby, and also a food court close to the hotel, easy to find food.

The hotel was okay for a day stay, the staff was really friendly. Kudos to the lady receptionist. I wished they provided us more amenities tho and hair dryer has to be requested at the front desk. Overall, cool place to stay.

Returned booking and had been booking for the same hotel for many years. Staff is friendly and room is clean. Coffeshop is within 500m. Ther is a fruit shop and massage shop around the area.

Location very near from shop and restaurant. But room is smelly.

One of the things which i cannot accept is the floor is sticky! Looks like they never mop the floor... Then the towel also dirty, have to required a new towel. The furniture looks old... The photos they provided looks very clean and nice but in reality it doesn't 😅
