noise level rises when the causeway got moderate traffic at night Aircon got no remote control not easy to read. wall mounted control panel takes a little getting used to when setting the temperature to cool. Do not forget to completely shut the glass shower door as it is too close with the main bathroom door. nice view from the 20f

Great stay at Z Hotel – Highly recommended The Good: • Smooth Process: Seamless check-in and a very fast refund of the 100 RM deposit at check-out. • Spacious Room (15th Floor): Located at the end of the hall with a great view of the SG-bound traffic jam. Comes with a combined pantry/open wardrobe space, a dressing table with a mirror, and a small resting table. • Bathroom: The sink basin area is nice and wide. • Great Location & Parking: Walking distance to many eating places. Includes a drop-off point and a car lift leading to 3 floors of secure parking (at least 9 lots per level). • Extra Facilities: Equipped with a gym and a ballroom. Things to Note: • The aircon takes quite a while to cool the room down. There is a ceiling fan, but it had no remote control (likely available upon request). • The shower water pressure is on the slower side, though still acceptable.

This room type is unusually spacious and quite comfortable during my stay. The hotel is conveniently positioned within walking distance of the mall and close to customs.

Very safe carpark privately. Staffs are very responsive and good attitude during check in and check out process. Beds and rooms are big

The room was cozy and quite big than what I was expecting. But I did develop rashes on my face as the bed sheets was not completely clean. The toilets are smaller/shorter than I thought. The 1 thing I loved about lot is the TV. I was able to use my Netflix to play shows. Overall it was a good stay!!

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and good design of lobby and room. Lovely pots of plant in room.

Nice hotel, I like it so much, change to 2 single bed and it’s super comfortable, highly recommended, definitely will come again

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. It’s within walking distance from City Square Mall and Tan Hiok Nee is just a few steps away across the street perfect if you want to do some café and old-school restaurant hopping. All the basic necessities are available in the room. My only concern is that the ceiling fan and AC need to be serviced and cleaned, as you can see some dust buildup on them.
