My 3rd time staying in this hotel. Its abt 10 min walk from City Square passing by some popular Chinese restaurants. The room was spacious and upgraded to double bed with single bed. All toiletries are given. Clean and spacious toilet. I like their housebrand coffee. The kettle as usual got to be used next to the bed as there's no wall socket above the fridge. Will definitely stay here if price is right

I've stayed at Z Hotel several times and i was truly satisfied with the room i stayed in this time. Overall, the hotel met my expectations. If they can provide me with the room type i want again, i will definitely stay here again 😁👍

The hotel's location is fantastic! Downstairs, there are all sorts of delicious food options within walking distance, and it's just a short stroll to a large shopping mall and cultural street. It's definitely a top choice for my next stay! However, I do wish the promotional discounts were a bit more generous.

Convenient location and nice view. Room is cosy and comfy for stay. However, the noise from the road can be quite disruptive but nonetheless it is still recommended given that the hotel is quite well maintained and the towels provided smell fresh and clean. Plus point that the bagel breakfast place is just opposite the hotel.

room is big, clean and location is great, about 2 streets away from City Sq Mall. ceiling fan can be a bit noisy but room is quiet. bed is comfortable and shower is great.

Went to Johor Bahru to meet relatives during the New Year. This hotel is pretty good, clean, and convenient. The staff service was also exceptionally good 👍. Plus, the hotel even offers free YouTube access without needing to connect your own account, so my husband and I could relax for a bit without having to entertain our daughter. A hairdryer and iron were also provided, very well-equipped. My daughter said she wants to stay here again next time!
